Please stay away from this gym, wow, just wow! Leane the receptionist either hates her job or hates her job. My husband signed me up last year Dec and what a issue geez (could only make use of it on Jan because some system transition, so they couldn't load me) , came in to do my fingerprint, and she Leane had no idea what she was doing or actually wanted to help, another guy came as he was leaving to go home and sorted it out quick. Yesterday I came in, asked if there is someone who can assist with the first time member to do the body and eating plan thing that they say when you join, Leane says you need to book, that's all, did not asked if she can schedule me in or offer to help or anything, no one to walk me around, show me how things work, always stands with her hands crossed, 1 word answers, not helpful at all, even when I came in first, she had to finish her conversation first with the guy sitting on his laptop in the reception area (please check your cameras!), I had to wait till she was done taking about snacks. everything was just a hassle and so disappointing, customer care suuuuuckkkkssss!! Leane should get her a different job, maybe clean the bathrooms, that doesn't involve much customer service. I hope management does something because look at all these reviews wow, it's bad.
