I ordered perfume for my wife an paid on 16/3/2020. Understand lockdown took place but I keep getting a standard mail from their support. They gave me a tracking number and told me to contact Dawn Wing. I did and they know nothing about my order, Despite numerous mails and a request for a refund from Perfume.com I do not get any closer to finding the whereabouts of my order. I have asked for a refund and still get no response, Please be careful of utilizing this company:(
