This 'company' is most probably not situated in NYC of the USA. The product I ordered, unfortunately before checking the facts - Paul Sebastian - Design - perfume was discontinued many years ago when Elizabeth Arben bought Paul Sebastian's company. The product could not be sent via couriered from the USA as courier companies are prohibited from transporting flammable substances. They quoted the price in ZAR on the website and deducted US $ from my account. The 'perfume' smells worse than cheap toilet spray. My bank (Nedbank) could not assist to reverse the transaction.

Hi there, i need assistance regarding perfume.com..i ordered 3 perfumes through their website on the 11th of december and i still haven't received my package, they sent me an email saying they shipped my order on the 13th of december.. i tried sending them an email sometime last week inquiring about my order, they did not respond to my email, i tried texting them through their instagram, they did not respond.. i also tried giving them a call countless times, and their phone number does not go through

I ordered perfume for my wife an paid on 16/3/2020. Understand lockdown took place but I keep getting a standard mail from their support. They gave me a tracking number and told me to contact Dawn Wing. I did and they know nothing about my order, Despite numerous mails and a request for a refund from Perfume.com I do not get any closer to finding the whereabouts of my order. I have asked for a refund and still get no response, Please be careful of utilizing this company:(
