I love this site and there customer service is 10/10. I order twice a year and will continue to do so.
I have ordered from Shein alot, and have never had issues with Buffalo, I placed an order on the 6th of November with Aramex as the courier. I eventually got hold of someone last week being the 4th of December {a whole month later} . They told me it's not in the country, an hour later it was all of a sudden in the country and I had to pay a fee of 700 which is usually 200 with Buffalo. Then on the 7th it went through customs, and since the 8th it has been detained. After being on the phone for no less than 3 hrs and many different agents, being disconnected and put on hold. I was promised that a manager would call me as apparently they must open my package and the brow liner needs to go through the health depth. This is not the first time I have ordered makeup from Shein and not once did it have to go through the dept of health. While still waiting for a manager I managed to get through to another agent who told me my package is still in China. Seriously!!! My sister ordered almost identically to me on the 10th of November and buffalo delivered last week. No health department *******. My friend placed an order on the 1st of December and guess what, Buffalo is delivering. I am so frustrated and now I wait again for some idiot to call me back and continue to bull**** the situation! In future if I ever see Aramex as the courier, I will immediately cancel my order and repurchase until I get Buffalo!
I ordered, they use buffalo logistics as their courier company, they are ******* and will never answer or return any sort of communication. SHEIN IS NOT HELPING WITH THE SITUATION AND WILL NOT REFUND ME EITHER! I have paid my Shein order which included taxes and delivery, I have paid buffalo for their so called delivery and I have received nothing!
I will never order from Shein again, these people, the so called logistics company are ******* and they will never answer you on any platform you try and contact them on. It's been 2 weeks and nothing!
Although I'm dealing with disaster service from Hisense, Abigail from Game in Westcoast mall has been amazing, thank you for your time, help and patience. We will win this fight together.
I bought a double door fridge, it arrived Monday and as I unboxed it we saw a dent with paint missing on the bottom right door, and a punch like dent on both the top right and left hand side doors, the extractor fan was not working. We had it replaced and the new one arrived today, with exactly the same damage on the bottom right hand side door and now 5 punch dents in both doors. I have still not heard anything back from Hisense and I am absolutely disgusted. All these defects came from Hisense not the shop I bought it at. I will fight this to the end
I have had amazing experiences at Cape union Mart stores however old khaki online is disgusting. I ordered a pair of jeans and the wrong pair was delivered. It took them forever to get back to me. They collected the jeans and I am still waiting for correspondence from their customer service department! Shocking! No answer no jeans but my money is still In their account. They haven't replied to me in over a week. I am disgusted!!!
I am disgusted with the lack of customer service I have received from Russels aka The JD Group! I bought a bed, that is faulty. Long story short... I must return the faulty bed to them, as per policy they are unable to collect it due to the fact that I did not pay a delivery fee in the beginning. I have been struggling with them for almost a month and this is their decision. Yess russels that is because I collected my bed from the store when I bought it. Why must I bring back Your faulty **** to the store?
I went to an AutoZone South Africa branch on Saturday 17 March to get a new radiator cap for my Astra H 1.6 GTC the sales guy sold, opened and fitted the cap for me. On the drive home about 12km from the branch my car smelt funny and as I slowed down i was driving 120kmph on open road, my temp light came on and my engine shut down, as I have no heat gauge in my car, the temp light comes on only once it has overheated. when I opened the bonnet it was steaming hot and there was no water in my bottle. My engine seized! (I DO HAVE WITNESSES) The salesman drove from his branch to my home in langebaan which is 30min away to bring me the correct cap (A high pressure cap) which he purchased from goldwagen with his own money as autozone doesn't stock the correct part. He came and apologised profusely, admitted that he was at fault, knew what the outcome may be and fitted the correct cap but it was too late, he said I should call his manager. The branch I am referring to is Vredenburg, they have been very helpful, I was now under the impression that their head office would be paying for the overhaul of my engine, We all were. Last monday I received a mail, which makes it now a month without my car... from AutoZone head office saying that my engine seizing was not a result of the incorrect cap, it was me that drove it to destruction. They have told me that they are not liable and the fixing of my car will be to my account however they feel for me and are willing to supply the mechanic the parts needed, at cost price. My car is currently in pieces on a workshop floor which they initiated with a mechanic suggested by them. I have since gathered reports that prove that an incorrect radiator cap for this specific engine will result in the engine seizing. I have correspondence, my original cap and am still waiting for them to drop of the cap that started all of this. I honestly wanted this to be solved in a civil manner but unfortunately you leave me no other options.
