Theft
I placed an order, paid in full, and never received my products. After reaching out several times, I was promised a refund, but nothing ever came through. Now I'm being completely ignored. This feels like a ****, not a legitimate business. Taking people’s money and going silent isn’t just poor service, it’s theft. Be warned before spending a cent here.

False advertising
A clickbait adverti*****t from this company on Facebook reflected an enticing price (inclusive of vat and free delivery) until I attempted to checkout and almost R500 was added to the cost of my order. Although the same price still reflects there 24 hours later, they are refusing to honour the advertised rate.

Empty promises!! Take your money, and you never see the product and then they pretend to refund you. This is a ****! Buyer beware!

Scammed!
I believe I have been scammed by this company. I did a pre order on a promotion as well as ordering 2 beds that were "in stock". I had to prompt delivery for one of the latter beds. The other one they never had in the colour I ordered despite the website saying they did. When they pushed out delivery date on the preorder I asked for a refund. Nearly 3 weeks later all I have had is false promises and no refund. Now they are not answering my calls or emails. Just be careful

Not legitimate!
This is a fraudulent company. Their listed contact number goes through to some random person. Got no confirmation of receipt following purchase. No response to emails. They have a very active presence on social media with lots of (fake) reviews.

Beware
This company promises and doesn't deliver. Ordered a bed for my dog and initially delivery was 12 June. Now they say first week in July. This was a promotion item - surely you have stock when you have a promotion? They are still advertising sales on Facebook and instagram. Reference #8585
