This company I believe has now closed it's doors. The owner, Linda Prinsloo, says she has changed her life path. I bought Brother Sewing machines from her in January 2024. She has promised to send me the details of whom I will be dealing with in the event of any issues with my machines, and the free lessons that come with it - it's now October and no such information has been forthcoming. There is now an issue with one of the machines and she is choosing to ignore me.. They weren't cheap machines, and I do love them. I am just sad that I didn't trust my intuition when we started communicating. Linda Prinsloo lacks communication skills and integrity. I have copies of the entire Whatsapp conversation if anyone would like to review them.
What an absolute pleasure it is to work with Frank and his team! He completely renovated 2 of our bathrooms at a very reasonable rate and in a great timeframe. We now use Frank and his team for ALL of our home maintenance and won't use anyone else Frank 076 445 1209

I wrote to them - their response is that they do not give a lifetime guarantee - well, these VERY EXPENSIVE trainers have not even lasted a year! I've sent them all the pictures and info and their final response is that their warranty is only 6 months. Please also note, these were used exclusively for training in the gym, 3-4 times a week - the soles are not even showing signs of wear, and the eyelet is now completely broken, making that shoe uncomfortable to wear (it's the top eyelet) Buyer beware! This is a product and company that you do not want to support. They certainly do not stand by their product. Rather spend your hard earned cash at Mr Price or Ackermans!
Empty promises!! Take your money, and you never see the product and then they pretend to refund you. This is a ****! Buyer beware!
Do not order from Mr Price Sport online - they were meant to deliver my order on 19 August, then delayed to 24 August and then today they say it's out for delivery today. I requested a refund - this is utterly ridiculous. Their response: Please be advised as the item is out on delivery already, we cannot process a refund, you just need to go to the store during the time of collection and ask for a refund instead. If Uber Eats send you a promo code to lure you back in, whatever you do, DON'T GET SUCKED BACK IN!! They failed to deliver one of the items that we ordered to the value of R64.90 (the voucher was for R50, so I guess they think that makes us even now) The last time I ordered from them was in 2018 and although the restaurant didn't get a great review, we didn't ask for a refund of any kind. This their response to the short order this evening: "UBER Thanks for reaching out, Marcelle. We've taken a look into your order and the concerns you've raised and unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a refund on this occasion. We understand that these issues do arise on occasion, but not often at this regularity. While we appreciate this wasn’t the experience you were looking for, we hope you understand our decision.
