Unhappy with service and delayed delivery
I had ordered a sweater online only to be told that it's not available after I made payment. I requested for a different one three weeks later still haven't received any order. I enquired on Monday, I was told I will receive it by Friday. Still no notication that my order is being shipped. I am so not happy with their service and not even one single apology for all the inconvenience.

P&H boutique, one of the reliable ones
I would like again to thank another local business that has done its bit to restore my faith in online shopping. Ordered face masks from P&H Boutique and received a professional service and prompt delivery. They managed my expectations and the service was delivered as such. And in the spirit of helping with this pandemic, they added an extra mask free. It is because of such businesses that small insta/online entrepreneurs will still stand a chance to thrive. P&H boutique: quality masks & excellent service
I came across a post on LinkedIn, by a contact who was wearing a mask made by P&H boutique. This Proudly South African business usually makes beautiful African print clothing, but has now also started making protective face masks. The masks are 3 layers and have a filter, as per government regulations for protection. I bought 6 for my family, and they have a deal where they include a seventh one free if you buy 6. The masks are reasonably priced at R50 each, with a variety of designs for the fashion conscious. They also have masks that accommodate children. They deliver to most main centres within 2-3 working days and they are always available on their WhatsApp to answer any queries. They are based in Pretoria and I am in Cape Town and I received my order within 48 hours. I was astonished and really appreciated the speedy delivery. When double checking care instructions, I sent them a WhatsApp the day after I received them and got a reply within 20 minutes. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and would gladly recommend them to anyone. I’m also looking forward to being able to buy clothes from them once lockdown lifts. They really do go all out to provide the best products and the best service. #30in30

Bad service and arrogant manager
I bought a dress from this boutique only for them to deliver a wrong dress. When I told them that is a wrong dress they told me they thought I would love the dress as they did not have the one I ordered on stock. What surprised me is that on their website they still advertise the dress and the manager told me I can only return the dress at my cost using the courier I paid. I asked him why did he process the order knowing it was wrong he told me some customers love the dress even though is not the same. Now I am sitting with an ugly dress that I did not order unless I pay extra 100rands to courier it for my refund and I wonder why did he send me the wrong dress deliberately as now I am the one having to foot in the extra cost
