This past weekend I had a very bad experience with Greyhound I don't think I will ever travel with them ever again. I thought their brand was still the same and they treat customers well. The bus we booked was suppose to depart arrive at Bloemfontein at 01:10 but we were made to wait 3 hours in a waiting area without toilets. I had to hold myself for 3 hours to top the experience when we went to check in the lady (Palesa) who was very inconsiderate and unprofessional promised us that they was a bus that was coming she will put us in since there was a delay with our bus. Then bus number 2824 with number plates HT56DJ-GP arrive with a very rude driver who told us we need to ask Greyhound why our bus didn't arrive he was not Greyhound and he won't allow us in his bus. I thought the driver is the representative of Greyhound since he works for the company but the guy promised to manhandled me if I set my foot in what he called his bus he even took off his T-shirt. He told me he didn't care if I report him and told me his name was Lebo there is nothing Greyhound will do to him. I felt both threaten and as a customer unsatisfied because I paid to travel the only thing Greyhound was suppose to provide was a good service to me not a driver who acts like a hooligan and Palesa who could careless about customers while she's sits in the customer service offices.
I paid my loan last month and got a paid up letter from Atlas only for them to say I owe them 533,00. I called emailed asking them what was the 533,00 for because I paid them even got a paid up letter from them. This morning I woke up to the sound of them debiting my bank account for 533,00. I want my money back for them to delete my details from their system. This has been a nightmare the 533,00 was even listed on my credit report and I sent credit Experian the paid up letter to prove that I don’t owe Atlas a cent. Atlas finance I want my 533,00 I don’t owe you.
On the 26th of November 2020 I made an order from Woolworths online using my Absa cheque card and I was charged double by Woolworths. I called them asking them to reverse the amount they told the second transaction was still in my account reserved I should called my bank ask them to release it back into my account. They also sent a letter to authorise@absa.com asking them to refund me. I also called Absa several times and they asked me to send an email as such could not be done on the phone. I am so disheartened as my emails are being ignored by Absa worse I chose to use premium banking thinking it would make things easier for my when it comes to banking but it’s just a waste of banking charges with bad service.
I would like capitec bank to release my money from hold on the 2nd of January 2020 I was charged double for an Uber which even today shows Uber did not take the second payment as it is unprocessed in my account. I tried calling capitec call centre which did not help as my money is still on hold. On the 25th January 2020 I bought things for 2400 at Woolworths online which were not delivered and Woolworths did not take the money as they were out of stock. That money is still sitting unprocessed and I tried once again calling capitec bank to get my money which was a waste of time. I am closing my account with the as I have never experience such in my life and to think they think they have a right to keep my money unprocessed amuse me.
still waiting for my parcel from them....all I get is they tried calling me while there is my address on my parcel for it to be delivered on....right now all I want after two weeks of waiting is my parcel and I am never buying from cape union mart unless they change a courier
They keep on postponing the delivery....it's been seven days since Cape Union Mart handed them my parcel it keeps on being rerouted when I called I am given different reasons on different days....Tuesday my parcel was rerouted because it was in the wrong route....Wednesday the car broke down....Thursday the driver was late could not deliver after 5pm. ...Friday I got a call to reschedule for Monday I mean why are companies putting still so business with such incompetent couriers as it's obvious they can't do what they are contracted to do....next week i am calling Cape union Mart because all I want is my parcel....they don't even deserve one star their rating is zero as they deliver zero services
I bought a cellphone from incredible connection on line last week Friday today it's Thursday still the phone is not delivered when I tried calling them I am sent from pillar to post. I am told they can only access their warehouse through e-mail to ask them about my order cannot call them directly. I regret ever buying from them they deserve zero when it comes to service and customer care.
I bought a dress from this boutique only for them to deliver a wrong dress. When I told them that is a wrong dress they told me they thought I would love the dress as they did not have the one I ordered on stock. What surprised me is that on their website they still advertise the dress and the manager told me I can only return the dress at my cost using the courier I paid. I asked him why did he process the order knowing it was wrong he told me some customers love the dress even though is not the same. Now I am sitting with an ugly dress that I did not order unless I pay extra 100rands to courier it for my refund and I wonder why did he send me the wrong dress deliberately as now I am the one having to foot in the extra cost
I have made an order on the 30th November 2017 with Brands online up today i have not received my order from them. Had I known they were so incompetent I wouldn't have bother making an order from them. Now I am waiting like forever yesterday I called the guy in the company who promised to forward me the tracking number for my order and he promised the item will be delivered today. So far there is no tracking number forwarded. I regret ever dealing with them as I have never waited this long for an order worse no communication from their side I had to call them using my own resources after I spent on the order.
<p>I made an order with on the 2nd thinking I'll receive it by the 5th as the 3rd was a holiday. Today I called them asking about my order I was told I will get it next week. I have a function tomorrow I wanted the dresses for it. Worse I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes while trying to get hold of them. Their service sucks I think designers should start selling their own clothes maybe they will care more as its their own proud. Spree obviously doesn't care about customers I am ordering items from Cape town not America why should I wait for 10 days.</p>
