The worst customer service ever by Mpendulo Moshanyana. She tells us we need to contact the courier service ourselves as the device is no longer in their hands. After they hand over the device to the courier service is the customers responsibility to contact the courier company. My insurance paid them to make sure I get my device and I also paid my access and this what I am being told. I escalated the matter to the manager Elizma, she promised to call me instead she sent an email promising my device will be delivered 1st thing in the morning. It is now way past 13:00 and we still have not received our device. An URGENT customer care course is needed for this company. The same Mpendulo dropped the phone while I was still talking to her it shows how little we matter as their customers. All they care about is the money and after that their customers can go to hell.
