I recently had my couches reupholstered by Uthuli Upholstery, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient and detail oriented. The craftsmanship is outstanding. My couches look brand new, with flawless stitching and a sturdy finish. The team clearly takes pride in their work and their attention to detail is evident. I would like to compliment Kethabile Tsolo who assisted me with patience and excellent customer care. We need more people like her in this particular company. I have had a few bad experiences with this company and I truly appreciate people like Kethabile who still understands customer care.
The worst customer service ever by Mpendulo Moshanyana. She tells us we need to contact the courier service ourselves as the device is no longer in their hands. After they hand over the device to the courier service is the customers responsibility to contact the courier company. My insurance paid them to make sure I get my device and I also paid my access and this what I am being told. I escalated the matter to the manager Elizma, she promised to call me instead she sent an email promising my device will be delivered 1st thing in the morning. It is now way past 13:00 and we still have not received our device. An URGENT customer care course is needed for this company. The same Mpendulo dropped the phone while I was still talking to her it shows how little we matter as their customers. All they care about is the money and after that their customers can go to hell.
I was assisted by a lady called Makubu, wow she is so patient and have excellent customer service skills. She is patient with me and extremely kind. I am sending changes to her everyday and she is still willing to help and call me back to assist asap. Keep up the good job Makubu
For the 1st time in years I have enjoyed value for my money at their PR unit at Dikhololo. The experience was WOW and house keeping outdone themselves. I wish house keeping for all holiday club resorts and all chalets can be up to standard. They should not only give attention to new PR units. Thank you once again
I love snatcher products even thought some of their products are a bad quality. Tbeir prices are cheap, they need to improve the quality of their goods. They also deliver on time
I would love to thank my bank for being pro active on the incorrect debit order that was loaded by telkom. A worker at telkom made a mistake on my account that caused my debit order to be a ridiculous amount. Thank you Nedbank for stopping that debit order without even notifying me. Big ups to my bank. I now trust you with my money. The lady at telkom does not even have the decency of apologizing for her mistake. Telling me she is not responsible for billing while she is the one who caused that incorrect billing!
I would love to thank Aneeqah Cameron from Angor management for her excellent customer service. She is a kind and loving person. Whenever you have a query or complaint she puts herself in your shoes and tries by all means to assist. Please continue with the high standard you have set. The worst customer service ever at Nandos Eagle's Landing. I actually need a -5 star rating option! What makes it even more pathetic is that the guy said he was the manager. He is very rude, insulting and degrading. It was freezing outside this evening, and he unproved, harshly chased the delivery guys out of the shop, telling us that we should wait for our food outside in the cold. And that time, we had done nothing wrong! He was shouting and pushing us out, treating us like we're dogs. Telling us that he will treat us and talk to us the way that he wants to, even after reminding him that what he was doing was not good customer service. Yes we are delivery guys, but it should never ever be mistaken, we are there to represent the customer, we are the customers! We will not be degraded and be treated like dogs! And to the owner of Nandos Eagle's Landing: I am expecting you to take drastic matters on what your employee has done. Is this the customer service that your shop supplies? Your employee was boldly saying that he did not care about customer service! He was even telling others to cancel their orders and leave. And I promise you, if this continues, we as drivers will tell our customers what exactly is happening at your shop, and that we wont be delivering anything from your shop, if they want Nandos, they should use a different one! We definitely will not accept such pathetic behaviour. I am expecting you to fix this, to value ALL of your customers! The Consumer Protection Act of South Africa is exactly for such issues. I am hoping that this will be fixed ASAP! that's if you still want us to deliver from your shop.
