Terrible after sales service from Phonefast

I contacted Phonefast on 1 December 2021 to collect my phone for repairs. After numerous calls and emails my phone still hasn't even been collected yet.

Their excuse is that apparently the drivers couldn't get a hold of me. However, my bell is in perfect working order and I'm home all day. The courier company called me only once to arrange for collection but never showed up.

Phonefast's after sales service is atrocious and very inefficient.
