Bad Service and Unprofessional
We have been waiting for a refund from Pienaar Bros since last Friday. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, the refund has still not been processed. We spoke to their team the day before yesterday and again yesterday, and clearly indicated that the refund is urgent. Each time we are given different excuses, and our calls often go unanswered. This delay is extremely frustrating as the refund is urgently needed. We expect Pienaar Bros to process the refund immediately and provide proof of payment without any further delays

Very dishonest branch manager and director
Will never work for this company, they are very 2 faced and will make up stories if they want to get rid of someone, they make your life a living hell and spread lies like wild fire.

Nothing cute about these pink gumboots sold in a workwear store
i bought furlined all terrain gumboots in july 2020 and where the boot has a pink detail on the heel that is welded in the grey to look cute and has split open...i wear the boot on my smallholding which is like anyones back garden and i visit my stables...2hrs in morning and 2hrs in the evening they refuse to believe that the split is bad manufacture they want to replace a R600 with a R85 pair i have asked for them to repair and they refuse

Unethical and grounds for divorce.
I've had enough!!!! Forgive my french, but this is complete bull****!!! Desireé Prinsloo at you Trichardt branch is an absolute disgrace of a human being. I will NEVER EVER in my life use or reccomend Pienaar Bros. She sleeps around. And with married men???? Do the owners not care at all???? She is unprofessional and unethical. What kind of business is this??? A ****** ***** house??? No I am very utterly disgraced!!
