We have been waiting for a refund from Pienaar Bros since last Friday. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, the refund has still not been processed. We spoke to their team the day before yesterday and again yesterday, and clearly indicated that the refund is urgent. Each time we are given different excuses, and our calls often go unanswered. This delay is extremely frustrating as the refund is urgently needed. We expect Pienaar Bros to process the refund immediately and provide proof of payment without any further delays

My bank card was blocked for suspicion activity ,i tried going to the branch ,sent them several emails and so tried texting on whatsapp still no feedback ,every agent sing same song they haven't received feedback from ***** department they will send follow up email but seem like they have ghost ***** department cos they don't bother with feedback
Received bad service from TSUNDZUKA TLAKULA been enquiring about my refunds whole month ,only reply emails when it's suit her ,been waiting for my refund whole month ,when i got a quote and statement i picked up that i was charged for things that are not even there,even tried calling their call center with no luck
stay away from this company ,they are ****mers,liers and they only want to communicate with clients via WhatsApp ,don't waste your time and money ,Lesego Monyatsi even have lot of cell numbers because she keeps on ****ming people and changing numbers
