Over priced, poor quality very unproffesional no standards
Poor workmanship and very unprofessional, chasing money, expired NHBRC certificate, using another name on invoice than the registerd business. Way over priced, struggled to get them to do the snag list and more damage caused. Lots of promises and lies, unsafe for human interferance.

Never use this Company the service was very bad. I waited a year not to get paid. The Consultant was rude and did not do what she was paid for. I went to DOL after 13 months, re apply and 3 months later got paid.

Personal propery not theirs they keep
They come and take your things and even things that was not covered by insurance and the non damage and not insured things they have excuses not to bring back. I am opening a theft case against them

Very dishonest branch manager and director
Will never work for this company, they are very 2 faced and will make up stories if they want to get rid of someone, they make your life a living hell and spread lies like wild fire.

Unfair ITC listing
Absa handed over my account to an attorney after they cancelled my debit order without notifying me and the asset falls behind 2 instalments. I made arrangement with Absa who accepted and I stick to arrangement. 2 months later I was contacted by an attorney from absa stating I am 6 instalments behind. I mailed proof of payment to attorney , they verify that absa say they did not receive any money. My bank verified that money was payed over to absa. Judgement was filed against me cause I ignored their smsses and phone calls. A person called Nick harassing and threaten me on a daily basis and behind my back went to my workplace and denied it but later said he was at my workplace twice. I contacted attorney with info and him to tell absas guy Nick to stop harassing me. Next day I received email from attorney they handed my account back to absa. I contacted absa lady and made another arrangement which absa put on email as acceptance. Yesterday I request settlement from absa and today I found out via another finance institute that absa had put me on ITC and blacklist me. I stick to payment agreements, stayed in touch and now I am on ITC regardless all arrangements and payments I stick t
