My family took me for my 60th birthday to this restaurant. The venue is lovely, but they need to work on their service timing. An 'as-the-order-is-placed' system would help manage expectations. Unfortunately, there wasn't a manager visible on the floor to address our concerns. Would appreciate seeing improvements in service speed..

The waiter was friendly and apologetic about the kitchen being busy. However, the wait time was excessive - over 90 minutes for food, and another 30 minutes after asking to cancel our order (we only ended up getting food for the child after an hour and 10 minutes he got his chicken strips and chips). It was frustrating to see other tables served before us, including three couples who arrived after us. Chocolate milkshakes was not good.
