Avoid this company
This company owes me R20k for work not done, after the job was cancelled when they threatened me. The company agreed to refund me at the end of September 2024. To date, I have not received my refund. From my experience, more reasons why you should not do business with this company: dishonest, *************, unreliable, unprofessional, poor workmanship, poor installation, no supervision, and zero customer service. They are quick to take your money, then drag the job. They really don't care about their customers. They even damaged the complex intercom, recorded on the complex camera, and have also avoided paying that bill. I had to get another company to come in and finish their work, which cost me more money and time. The owner Alister simply ignored my calls, messages, emails and just avoids me. I’m completely disgusted and disappointed with this company. Note: if this review is still here, I have still not received my refund.

I am upset to say that my experiance with this company is very poor. I have widows that do not open and stacking doors that come of their rails when opened. They have tried to come and resolve the problems but only to cause more. I have cracked windows not been fixed. I have tried to contact the owners and have had no reply. All I can say is stay away from this company. I have now contacted the South African Glazing and Glass Association and will proceed with the report that they give me. Note to all, do not use Alister Naidoo. He is not what he says he is. Be careful and make the right decision when installing windows at your house. Regards, Wesley

Worst Service EVER!
I ordered my doors on 7/12/2022. They were eventually delivered in March of 2023. From the outset they were installed the wrong way around, which required them to come back time and again. They were unfinished for about two months after that before they came to complete the installation. They are ill fitting and the powder coating is peeling off. I have had Alister (The Owner)here, who agreed with me regarding the problem and although he has promised to have the problems attended to, it now 6x weeks since he came! I rang him two weeks ago and he informed me that it was on the action board (more like rigor mortis board!) and when I rang today, it is still there! I would not recommend this poor excuse for a business to anyone. As far as service is concerned, the worst perpetrator is the guy who owns the business! I will be broadcasting this far and wide! I would have thought that the best way to please a client is to attend to the problem asap but what do I know?

I ordered and paid 70% of the total price for change of a wooden door and side windows to aluminium.A sum of R8540. was paid and the balance of R3655.75 will be paid on completion of the job.The deposit was paid on 25th October 2021.Till today they have not come to do the job they keep on promising to come but they don’t,it’s been the whole month of waiting in vain.I even regret my decision to pay them my money which I work hard for.

Pinnacle Aluminium shocking workmanship.
In May 2019 I contracted Pinnicale aluminium to replace all windows in my house with aluminum windows . Firstly it took many weeks to start the job. Secondly this was the worst job I have ever experienced from a contracor in 30 years of owning properties . Thirdly. The workmanship was terrible - looks like they were using street labourers to install . The plaster work was amateurish at best . When calling Bruno, the rep, to complain- he was just missing . Allister visited and did his best to have the mess fixed but still a very poor job. The entire job took about 2 months . Fourthly .Pinnacle was not the cheapest and supposedly a member of the glass fitting association .. They also advertise in the G****vine mag. What an absolute disaster . I've had other company fit a number of windows for me on other properties , with perfect results and professionalism . Unfortunately they were unable to do the job due to being booked up . The Pinnicale job took so long I could have waited. Just be very careful with this company .
