Motortech panelbeaters job well done
They recently fixed my car,it looks like new.The staff is friendly and welcoming more especially Denise,she made me feel at home,in fact my insurance company gave me 3 panelbeaters to choose from,the first one I chose did not respond in a way that I expected,they didn’t want me to bring the car for assessment,they made me wait for them at a certain shopping centre and didn’t tell me they will not be able to come until I had to call them,then they told me a story about some emergency.Denise told me when to bring the car on the very first time I called,they even helped me by making sure that my boot doesn’t open if it’s windy because I had trouble with that,then I drove it around without worrying about the boot,She kept me updated about everything up until the car was booked in,she is really doing an awesome job for that company. I would recommend that people make use of Motortech Panelbeaters for fixing their cars due to their courtesy and professionalism.

Poor service
A call was made to me yesterday informing me of the delivery by an Indian guy,soon after dropping the call I notified my daughter to go and collect it at the gate because I was at work,when she arrived at the gate there was no one,bystanders told her that the van drove away. I called the number which had called me earlier several times it was ringing nobody answered,I wrote an email soon after but there is no response up to now. I don’t know what is gonna happen to my parcel now and I am disappointed with such service. I have never experienced such treatment before

Poor customer service
I ordered comforters for 3 bedrooms,they delivered 2 so appealing to my eyes duvet covers in January 2022.I reported the matter to them,they told me to fill in the form and they gave me Ref no 50528941,they promised to send the courier company to collect the parcel,I even gave them the no to call when they come to collect the parcel,even today the parcel is still lying on my chair

FED UP CUSTOMER
I ordered and paid 70% of the total price for change of a wooden door and side windows to aluminium.A sum of R8540. was paid and the balance of R3655.75 will be paid on completion of the job.The deposit was paid on 25th October 2021.Till today they have not come to do the job they keep on promising to come but they don’t,it’s been the whole month of waiting in vain.I even regret my decision to pay them my money which I work hard for.
