I’ve been a loyal customer, paying for my insurance since 2022. Unfortunately, my phone was recently ****** from my home. I had people over, and after they left, I realised my phone — which was on the charger — was missing.
I filed a claim expecting the support and understanding that insurance is supposed to provide, but my claim was declined without a clear or valid explanation. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to on the phone showed little compassion or willingness to help. After being insured for years, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and unvalued as a customer. I trusted this company to provide protection and fair treatment when something unexpected happened, but that trust has been broken. I hope they review how they handle claims and improve their customer service so others don’t have the same experience.
