Evil company Platinum leisure
If you had a minus 5, I would give them this. I signed up in March, have been paying R500 each month since then to be able to book my wedding anniversary trip in January 2025. Unfortunately due to this horrid and ************ company O can't. I can't get hold of them via email or telephone. Clearly the online reviews about them are true. Money lost, but God is on my side and they will not enjoy it, only terrible things will follow all of them who knowingly sell this lie, including the Roxanne who sold me this contract. Can't even cancel or stop debit order with my FNB BANK.

My husband took a policy with them 6 months ago when we try to call them their number does not go through and when we email them they don't respond it's been 3 weeks since we emailed them they have not acknowledged out service

Unauthorized debits
Still being debited from this ****py company who just takes without my consent. Whenever ya'll debit, I will just nicely reverse it back. Ya'll will get tired!. The same way that I am tired of you people who still hasn't sent me some form of email or contract!!

*****STER ALERT They deducted money from my account and when i tried calling them to cancel the debit order and they do not answer, and they do not respond to emails. What is more concerning with this company, the bank can't even assist with stopping the debit order.

Fraudsters
Platinum leisure is a scam, they have blocked me and the bank from reversing the debit order. I have decided to cancel the stupid contract after 1 successfully debit order. Now they are not answering any of my calls and emails, I'm no longer interested on this stupid voucher thing, customer service 0,fraudsters.

I have been contacted in August last year to take up a 6 months special with this company and they said to me after 6 months the debit will stop. Its now after 6 months i am still being debited i tried contacting the number and email adress given to me there is no answer at all. They said they would contact us after 6 months to make the bookings for the place we would like to stay in. The Guy over the phone sold the product so well but now when it comes to provide service to us its is pathetic. I am disgusted with the Service I receive from them. And what makes it worse is they continue to debit the account of an amount of R250 and the bank as said to me once you took up the product they so clever they block it on their side so the bank cannot assist in anyway.
