Had no issues with Tymebank until now. I did a transfer to my Tymebank account (of which I received an sms). The funds reflected in my account and was there for about a day. When I logged onto my app, my funds were gone!. And there is absolutely no record of any transactions or the amount received. Can I trust this bank now ??
Still being debited from this ****py company who just takes without my consent. Whenever ya'll debit, I will just nicely reverse it back. Ya'll will get tired!. The same way that I am tired of you people who still hasn't sent me some form of email or contract!!
More people need to be aware of this person, Kyle Joseph who is employed at Rawson Properties. He is a ****mer! And will run away with your money. He offers a lift club service using the same vehicle branded with the company name, asking people to make up-front payments of R1600 - R2000. He will make excuses, like having a flat tyre so you would make alternative arrangements to get to your destination. He also works for LG Electronics I believe, where more than one person has laid a complaint with your company Mind you, his all over Facebook and still getting away with his nonsense!

So far their service has been very efficient. Just a bit disappointed that they have debited my account after I have settled my loan for the balance that was due. Also nobody gets back to you when you email them on both the email addresses that they provide online. If someone can get back to me for the refund ?
I made a booking online, but have opted for the pay later option. Closer to my check-in date, they decide to debit my account, but when I cancelled my booking, their report states that no amount has been charged. I would like a full refund and would never recommend them to anyone as it seems that they authorize themselves to take money from others.
I did a tax return in March this year for the first time and was told that everything will be sorted and that I would be refunded within 7 working days. Given a month, I called in again to ask why my funds haven't been paid to me yet, I was then advised that I needed to attach the required documents for a verification. I received an email stating that my Tax verification has been finalized, but still haven't been refunded. It is now September. I attempted to call SARS again and after an hour of being on the call, I finally get through to an agent only to be told that the system is offline and that he cannot assist me. No name was given and my call ended right after. This service is pathetic!, no one bothers to give one any feedback. They literally have all my details and documents. What more!!?
First time ever to place an order with Mr Price online and still haven't received my order. I placed my order 17th Dec, and waited patiently for it to arrive. I then called in on the 22nd, as it was taking a little too long than promised according to the waiting time. When I called in, I was told that my order has not been processed as yet, that's when I requested a cancellation as I did not need to items in my order anymore. I was told that I'd be refunded immediately, or the day after. I am still waiting for my refund... I was also advised that I would get a gift voucher for the payment method that I used (Debit card). I think that this is so unfair. I waited long enough on my order and now I have to wait on my gift card. I would like a refund to my bank account please!
