I have been using the Vuse e pod and it's nonsense, it costs me a lot of money. I did reach out to BAT about their useless products. Got a response but nothing after that. I've got 5 pods that have stopped working, it's a lot of money please refund me
If you had a minus 5, I would give them this. I signed up in March, have been paying R500 each month since then to be able to book my wedding anniversary trip in January 2025. Unfortunately due to this horrid and ************ company O can't. I can't get hold of them via email or telephone. Clearly the online reviews about them are true. Money lost, but God is on my side and they will not enjoy it, only terrible things will follow all of them who knowingly sell this lie, including the Roxanne who sold me this contract. Can't even cancel or stop debit order with my FNB BANK.
I was assisted by Nazley and she was incredible and the sign up was flawless. Thank you for a great experience
A few months back I started the process of getting funeral cover and when I was out shopping in Kliptown I was approached by sales people who introduced themselves as 1life insurance people. Upon discussing I then decided to take the insurance, however I told the young lady who was signing me up that I did not want the cover to start until they sent me a comprehensive document detailing the cover and that I did not have the beneficiary's ID number with me. I was in a rush because I was buying window panes and the glass was almost closing. My mistake was giving her my bank details. After a month I saw a bounced deduction from the bank account which surprised me as I had not received any documentation. It the same thing again the following month, and again at end August when there was money. So I decided to phone 1life to enquire about this deduction and about my policy document. The lady who answered said that I was not registered with 1life head office and it was possibly registered with their broker. She then said she would call them to enquire and call me back. There was a call which I missed and I then called this number 0115680483 who were indeed the broker 360 Administrations and Systems. Upon talking with the consultant, he confirmed that I do indeed have a policy with them. However what is disturbing to me is that all my claim and beneficiary details were incorrect. My address was incorrect, my email address was incorrect, my registered beneficiary was incorrect and my beneficiary date of birth was incorrect. All these important details were of someone else whom the consultant of 360 Administrations and Systems had decided to nominate as my beneficiary. Thus us disturbing because if I had not followed up, at the time of my death my beneficiary (daughter) would not have been able to claim my funeral cover and I would either not be buried or she would have had to fork out of pocket which is most unlikely as she lives with her mother whom I am divorced from. This is the registered consultant at 360 Administrations and Systems who decided to defraud me: Sammy Moloto. And these are the details of the beneficiary she decided to register, Bongani Thusi (same surname as me but I don't know this person from anywhere), Date of birth 11 April 1998. Non of my children have this name or date of birth. I am shocked and angered by 360 Administrations and Systems and 1life insurance that they align themselves with such calibre of people.
Hi Helen I trust this email finds you well. We always give our dogs Montego and I have done so for close to 20 years. We recently bought the new WUMA range 20kg bag. The problem is that all our dogs do not want to eat the new WUMA, what do we do now because it's a whole 20kg and we would rather go back to the normal Flavor we were using? Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated. Regards Dominic
I've been banking with Absa for over 9 years, I got retrenched and they did not cover me. You're a bad bank Absa, as soon as I'm back on my feet I'm moving. Cheers
I've been paying for a retrenchment cover and when I got retrenched I was not covered. I get calls every week sometimes twice a day and nobody has bothered to advise me on what to do for my cover to kick in yet I get told all calls are recorded. What have I been paying for? Where is my cover? Where is my money Nedbank?
