Delivery Mishap

I am so annoyed with this company.

The first time I placed an order for coffee beans, they delivered them to my billing address instead of my shipping address. What ever happened to doing due diligence?

I just placed another order- and changed my billing address to that of my shipping address- tell me why my order was, once again, shipped to my billing address? I’m annoyed! Beyond annoyed in fact. This company doesn’t take us seriously.
