I am so annoyed with this company. The first time I placed an order for coffee beans, they delivered them to my billing address instead of my shipping address. What ever happened to doing due diligence? I just placed another order- and changed my billing address to that of my shipping address- tell me why my order was, once again, shipped to my billing address? I’m annoyed! Beyond annoyed in fact. This company doesn’t take us seriously.
This app is truly rubbish. I have had issues with it a few times, but I am fed up. I placed an order just before 14:00- latest was 14:02. That order was scheduled to be delivered at 16:00. For some reason, I see that my order is scheduled to be delivered at 08:00 next morning. Why is this the case of it was in the schedule for 16:00? That in itself does not live up to the so called “60” part of it. Not sure if it’s the system, or the app itself, but it’s nonsense. Almost pointless really. Stay away from it.
So, a month a two later since I signed up on Jika Mobile and my SIM card has still not yet been delivered, yet they have the audacity to debit from my account!!! What a ****ty service!
I bought goods from an international store and Buffalo Logistics received the parcel, which they were meant to deliver. For reasons unbeknownst to me, the parcel has been handed over to Fastway Couriers, and has since failed to arrive to me- it's been a little over two weeks since I have been meant to receive my parcel, but nothing. I am holding Buffallo Logistics accountable because I am of the opinion that they should have facilitated everything- from the point the parcel was handed over to a secondary company, to ensuring that the parcel arrived in due course, to its owner. I am dissatisfied and hope and pray that in future, I never have to get my items via them!
Absolutely appaling service from this courier company, who have had my parcel with them for over 7 days now. When I track my parcel, it states that it was picked up- but it still hasn't made its way to me. There is also no communication regarding any delays, if any. My parcel arrived in South Africa a long while back now, and they still fail to deliver. I am not happy with their service- along with Buffalo Logistics, who received the package and did the handover! NEVER AGAIN!
I am extremely unhappy with the response rate received from the Foschini Group, especially because my purchase was for their 3 for 2 sale which has since passed. I confirmed my order on the site then proceeded to make payment, only to find that my order had been cancelled. I found this out when I tried to track my order. Payment, however, had been made. I sent them my bank statement to show that the money had made it's way into their account but it hasn't been processed. They told me to wait for two weeks for a response. It's two weeks later and still nothing. I am utterly disappointed and would appreciate if a refund would be issued,seeing that the sale has long lapsed.
<p>On Saturday, the 13th of May 2017, I made an online order for a pair of jeans and some boots. I got pre-occupied and forgot to make payment. On Wednesday, I went on to my Mr Price profile and realised that my order was still there; it hadn't been cancelled. So I took that opportunity and immediately mafe an EFT payment. I decided I would check the next day to see if my order status had been processed/ changed. When I checked the next day, the status of my order remained "Awaiting Payment." So I decided to make a query via their Facebook page because it had seemed that they responded timeously to the queries there. I indeed posted and the person running the page referred me to their help email; I was told to send Proof of Payment to the said email address aso they could link the payment to my order. I did likewise, and I am appalled to say that days later, my status still says "Awaiting Payment." Their call centre has been of no help, and my follow up query on the page has since been deliberately ignored. If the order has been cancelled, I would kindly like them to return the amount I paid out. If it is their system that is problematic, I suggest they do something about it. <p>After years of being a trusted Clover customer, I find myself having to write this very negative review. I bought Clover milk a few days ago ; the best before date was 04/04/17. But to my surprise, when I opened the milk to use it today, it had gone off. Initially, I thought my nose was playing games with me. But as soon as I put it in the microwave, it coagulated and split and just made a mess. The same thing happened to my husband later onwards. I had to reach for a bottle that was dated for the 6th of April. I am reaching out to Hello Peter because this is not the first time I go through this. I have thrown out bottles of Clover milk before because of this; I just didn't have the knack to complain. But I am at my wots end now because I pay for this milk only to be dissapointed every once in a while. I am thinking of trying out Parmalat or Dew Fresh, and maybe even causing a stir because throwing this milk out is as food as throwing out my money. At some point, the whole house had a bad case of diarrhea because we had consimed milk that had gone off. I am really not happy. I hope something can be done about this before I explore other avenues. See attached pictures!!!</p>
