My local Plato has no phone number that one can call to ask if they have beans in stock, or if they are open, or, you know, just the usual every day stuff one wants to ask a person quickly.
I managed to get hold of the store owner and he said he wanted to put a phone number up, but that he is forbidden to do so by the franchise.
From my perspective, pushing a system where you require your potential clients to interact with a bot on your site for these purposes are a terrible and backwards idea.
Good job, Plato. I guess I will just keep hanging out with your competition, then.
