My phone got ****** on Sunday, and its last location according to Find My Iphone was at PLTFRM, and when I gave them a call on Monday, stating that I would like to see a footage to see who exactly stole my phone. The manager said that he would need a court interdict. I am not sure if his aware how long that takes and the emotional drain that comes with it. I explained to him that, I have communicated with the police and they said I can just ask to see the footage as I might know the person, because court interdicts take a very long time and once I get one, the footage might have been long deleted by the restaurant. I am very disheartened because I only asked for footage to locate my phone. Which is a new phone by the way. I highly wouldn't recommend this place. They protect *****'s.

Made the first booking of the day a month in advance, only to get the worst table in the middle of the sun and being shift around the whole time. Would not prefer this place at all for anyone to go to for even a normal occasion. Did ask the manager to assist with at least some shade only to be ignored and also receive a half filled beer.

Hi there On the 29th of june, myself and a two of my colleagues came hiking at wolwespruit it was an amazing experience that we had , the hiking was so fun and relaxing and then we decide to go to platform and have quick lunch cause we were starving after that hike , we sat and were served , the service was a bit slow and not to our satisfaction but we enjoyed the food , the drinks was good.. We now decide to leave , we had already requested a ride back home , waiting for our ride outside the parking lot Our uber comes inside picks us up and as we were going inside the uber. Some security from the gate Comes to us rushing and yelling to the top of his voice yelling at us and the driver saying that GET OUT GET OUT OF THE CAR , THEY(REFERING TO ME AND MY COLLEAGUES) KNOW THAT PICK UP IS NOT ALLOWED , GET OUT OF THE CAR , GET OUT OF THE PREMISIS , AND WE START ASKING OURSELVES WHY IS THIS GUY SOOOOOOOO RUDE (it was our 1st time at wolwespruit so we had no idea that they don't allow pick ups ) THIS GUY WENT ON being so disrespectful, AND WE ALSO GAVE HIM A PIECE OF OUR MIND , WE WERE KICKED OUT THOSE PREMISES LIKE WE WERE DOGS , LIKE WE WERE NOTHING FOR THE MERE FACT THAT WE CAME THERE SPENT OUR MONEY AND ENJOY THE HIKE AND THE FOOD AND NOW WHEN WE SUPPOSE TO LEAVE THIS GUY JUST BECOMES A MONSTER FOR NO REASON WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUT IF WE WERE WHITE PPLE IM DEFINITELY SURE THAT THEY WOULD HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND NOT HAD BEEN TREATED THE WAY WE DID. EVER IN MY LIFE NEVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE THAT SITUATION, BEING DISRESPECTED LIKE THAT PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS GUY CAUSE HE DOES NOT CARE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT CAUSE HE WENT ON EVEN SWEARING AT IS AND SAYING THAT HE WILL BEWITCH US IMAGINE WHO SAYS STUFF LIKE THAT THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE HE RUINED THE WHOLE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE FOR US AND WE WILL MAKE SURE WE NEVEE RETURN THERE. I hope me writing this review Can get that guy sorted out , BECAUSE WE DESERVE JUSTICE I CANNOT SUFFER BECAUSE THE COLOUR OF MY SKIN HELL NO. We took our grand kids for lunch. What a disaster. 3 of us had eaten, and the other 3 waited for pizzas. The first pizza came, but was not what had been ordered. 2 pizzas came, but the third was so late it had to be taken home in a takeaway box. The manager tried to resolve the matter, but the total experience was not pleasant. We are mountain bikers, we love the setup, but this tipe of service cannot be afforded.

We arrived and were seated by a lady called Lindy at a table.she disappeared for the longest time and every waiter we asked to call her told us they will get someone else.when we finally located her she nonchalantly said she was not really allowed to seat us there as it was the seat belonging to another restaurant:) - I asked her why she placed us there and then gave us menus and then said she was coming back , she simply rep**** “I am too busy “ :) we obviously left after that hungry AF but what could we do.

Had an issue with a chain slipping off while riding at buffels in the morning, dropped in on the way home to get some advice. Assistance even went a couple of minutes after closing, thanks to the team and Thabiso who assisted so I could ride the next day. Will take the bike in for a more comprehensive service in the week. customer service is hard to find. Keep it up and will keep coming back guys.
