Very poor Watch, I do not recommend buying Polar Touch Screen Failed twice First time it was under warranty 1 year and 3 months after the first Purchase, Replaced with Brand new Watch, they cannot Repair the Watch Second time is 2 years 3 months and outside of warranty and will most probably not replace just sit back and say "sorry Sir it is outside the Warranty Period" Now the big Question do Polar only make watched that last till just outside the Warranty period of 2 years ? Model: 2Z IC: 6248A-2Z FCC ID: INW2Z

The world class service by both Siphamandla and Tanya was exceptionally caring and genuinely friendly when fixing my 78 year old mom's polar A370 today-making her day so close to Mothersday is special and a delight to behold,especially after losing my dad on 2January this year. Their exceptionally high level of service excellence cannot be trained but is obviously a product years of experience and a wonderful example of "Ubuntu" that Polar, as an international brand, should acknowledge and value -they are an authentic and valuable asset for the organization. They exceeded my expectations with their efficiency and professionalism too, when fixing my own A370. The wonderful experience, value for money and exciting new product information I received -factually delivered by SiphaMandla without a even a hint of salesman pushiness, makes me look forward to my next visit to PolarMidrand!

After a year and a half of use, my Polar M430 developed a problem that resulted in moisture getting into the watch. I live in Nelspruit. I contacted Polar South Africa in Johannesburg and it was suggested I return the watch to them for assessment. The cost was R100 for a courier fee. The technician that assessed my watch determined it was a manufacturing fault and that the moisture internally had caused irreparable damage. Polar replaced my watch with a new unit. The process was painless and I got my replacement watch within four days of initially logging the problem. I rate this as excellent after-sales service that warrants praise. Well done to all of the Polar South Africa team involved in resolving my problem.

I purchased a Polar Heart Rate Monitor Watch, which worked perfectly for years. The strap was replaced a few times and the cost was minimal. Unfortunately the last replacement strap was not fitted correctly and the watch was waterlogged and damaged after a swim. The manufacturers representative offered a 15% reduction for a new unit and accepted no responsibility for the damage to my watch, which worked perfectly for years! Due to the high cost of these watches, I refused their offer. I feel aggrieved as my watch worked perfectly and the people entrusted with the repairs refuse to accept responsibility, nor make a reasonable offer for a replacement unit!

Great service! I arrived during office renovations with a Polar M600 with a dead screen. I thought I would give it in an wait a few week but to my surprise a broken connector was fixed and I left 15 minutes later with a working watch and very little damage to my wallet. Polar got a lifetime customer!
