The world class service by both Siphamandla and Tanya was exceptionally caring and genuinely friendly when fixing my 78 year old mom's polar A370 today-making her day so close to Mothersday is special and a delight to behold,especially after losing my dad on 2January this year. Their exceptionally high level of service excellence cannot be trained but is obviously a product years of experience and a wonderful example of "Ubuntu" that Polar, as an international brand, should acknowledge and value -they are an authentic and valuable asset for the organization. They exceeded my expectations with their efficiency and professionalism too, when fixing my own A370. The wonderful experience, value for money and exciting new product information I received -factually delivered by SiphaMandla without a even a hint of salesman pushiness, makes me look forward to my next visit to PolarMidrand!

Shane Rodgers-provided my 76-year old mother with an unforgettable experience at buying her first mountain bike on your busy "Black Friday"-he was patient,personable and most professional.Not every salesman who is generally "ABC-ing" on such a day would have done the same .He helped balance my -not-so-light mom as she pedalled up and down the aisle on a hectically busy day with impeccable customer service and the diplomacy many a statesman would envy.He is an asset for your organization.Promote him for his loyalty and give him a raise!

<p>I ordered six planters, a fountain and a birdbath.I am a particularly discerning buyer and didn't want my garden to look like it was strewn with concret leftovers from a building site ! However,the beautifully exquisite items were delivered on time and personally by the owner, Mario. He immediately explained one of the planters I ordered was not available but he provided a very similar alternative and gift of a bench "for the inconvenience".It was no inconvenience at all as the alternative was so beautiful and similar to what I had in mind that I would not have even realised unless he told me and I now had a stately garden bench-for free!<br />Mario also wisely advised me of the most suitable locations for the planters and bench when I asked him to do so as I hadn't planned their specific locations in my garden yet.He also was very "hands-on" in supervising his delivery staff so the very heavy and difficult to move items were not damaged and were all standing perfectly level.<br />This all made the online shopping experience of these large items effortless and the delivery was more than reasonably priced!<br />You won't get a more pleasant and personable shopping experience for exquisite concrete items in Cape Town-and at a reasonable price !</p>
<p>I went to the huge Cape Garden Centre - Joostenbergvlakte branch -in with a teeny convertible - to enjoy a special day with my mom who was visiting Cape Town.The flowers and shrubs were so beautiful and cheaply priced that I purchased more plants than I intended to and ofcourse they were more voluminous than the space in my car!The knowledgeable,informative and professional manager saw to it that all the plants were carefully placed in the car(which necessitated us first getting into the car and the placing them all around us!),and, moreover,the owner,Peter,came out and took a photo of this spectacle and SMSd it to me!This made our rare special and humourous day out together so much more enjoyable and memorable.What a breath of fresh air to have such a customer-focused experience which is often lacking in the OTHER large nurserys which are more focused on customer turn-over and barely have time to answer questions about their product-Cape Garden Centre is certainly different.</p> <p>Amongst SAA flightcrew the restaurant at the nursery also has an excellent reputation for great food at great prices.I look forward to going back -next time for a meal;hopefully with a friend with a huge car!I'll probably need it.</p>
I have a post office and a PostNet equidistant from my house.The service offered by the two different suppliers could ,however, not be further apart!I went to Post Net about two months ago and forgot my water bottle there.The minute I walked in Mpho gave it to me with a huge smile.I didn't even realise I had forgotten it there-but as my mother bought for me it has sentimental value .It is not only the personal used service that Mpho offers his clients that makes him an asset for PostNet but also his great attitude-warm,friendly and professional.Please promote him and give him the acknowledgement he deserves!
