My insurance instructed me to take my vehicle to this company. Long story short, my vehicle was taken in for hail damage. Precision AutoSpray advised that they were unable to undertake the repairs during December 2025. Consequently, on 6 January 2026, I delivered my vehicle to Precision AutoSpray for the repair of hail damage. The repair process took approximately two weeks, and my vehicle was returned to me on 19 January 2026. Due to my professional obligations, my husband collected the vehicle on my behalf. Upon my inspection later that day, it was immediately apparent that the vehicle had not been repaired to an acceptable standard. I observed extensive scratch marks across the bodywork, incomplete removal of dents, and, alarmingly, new dents that were not present prior to delivery of the vehicle. The rubber seals around the windows were damaged and scratched, and there was a visible chip on the vehicle’s wing. This damages caused by this company exceeds R 50 000.00. I emphasise that this vehicle was purchased brand new and was only six months old at the time. The condition in which it was returned to me is wholly unacceptable I immediately notified my broker, of my concerns. On that same day, I was compelled to cancel scheduled professional commitments—resulting in a loss of income—after being instructed to return the vehicle for inspection. During my interaction with the representative from Precision Auto Spray, I was met with an unprofessional and arrogant attitude. On 19 January 2026, I attended Precision Auto Spray’s premises for an inspection. I was instructed to return the vehicle on 22 January 2026 for further work, including partial dent repairs and replacement of window rubbers. Upon returning the vehicle on 22 January 2026, the scratches remained unresolved. I was then informed by a representative of Precision Auto Spray that I should be provided with mixed paint to “patch” the damage myself. This suggestion is entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for professional standards and customer care. Despite the evident deficiencies in workmanship, I was further expected to return the vehicle to Precision Auto Spray for inspection. I refused to do so, given the inconvenience and lack of confidence in the repairer, and insisted that any inspection take place at my residence. On 28 January 2026, an assessor attended my home to inspect the vehicle. Notably, no representative from Precision Auto Spray made any effort to attend. This further underscores their indifference and lack of accountability. The assessor, expressed clear concern regarding the condition of the vehicle. The extent of the damage cannot be adequately captured in photographs and is plainly visible upon physical inspection. In summary, my vehicle was delivered for the repair of hail damage and was returned to me in a materially worse condition than when it was handed over. The assessor recommended that the vehicle be assessed by Silverlakes ARC. I delivered the vehicle to Silverlakes ARC on 2 February 2026. Upon receipt of their quotation, I was shocked by the extent of the damage identified, including confirmation that certain dents had not been properly repaired. Now they are constantly harassing me, wanting to fix my vehicle, but it is evident that one cannot entrust them with my vehicle!!! One would expect more of a company in business for so many years. Please avoid this company at all costs!

On 20 September 2025, my wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which her vehicle was rear-ended. Following the incident, the vehicle was towed by Precision Auto Towing to Precision Auto Spray. At the time of the accident, the vehicle was in excellent condition. There were no scratches or mechanical issues, and the vehicle had more than half a tank of fuel. King Price Insurance appointed both the towing company and the repair facility. Over the following months, we remained in regular contact with King Price to enquire about the status of the repairs. For several months, we consistently received the same response, namely that the vehicle was “awaiting parts.” During this period, we participated in a conference call with King Price and the repair centre, during which we explicitly raised concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle’s battery, as the vehicle had already been in their possession for approximately three months. The repair centre assured us that the battery had been disconnected and was being maintained and charged. On 9 January 2026, we received a call instructing us to collect the vehicle before 16:00, as the repair centre does not operate over weekends. We took time off work to collect the vehicle. At the time, Pretoria was experiencing severe thunderstorms. Upon arrival at the repair centre, we observed a new scratch on the front of the vehicle that was not present prior to the repairs. The repair centre informed us that they believe it was the towing company. The vehicle then had to be jump-started, and we were informed that the battery was dead. The repair centre stated that they could not take responsibility for the battery as it was more than two years old, despite their prior assurances that it had been properly maintained. When attempting to leave, the vehicle indicated a remaining fuel range of only 15 km, which was inconsistent with the more than half tank of fuel present at the time of the accident. At the first stop street, the vehicle stalled completely. The repair centre arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their towing yard and advised us to purchase a new battery and collect the vehicle the following day. We subsequently purchased a new battery and collected the vehicle as instructed. All of these issues were reported to King Price Insurance. At the time of writing, we are still awaiting feedback and resolution.

These guys are a complete ****! Had a guy tow my car fron the accident scene in pta east, apon arrival I requested the car to be towed to ARC Silverlakes, even telling Miway that I want my car by ARC Silverlakes, the guy said cobstantly no, it will be towed to an "auction yard" for assesment. Please note said driver works for Precision Autobody. For one consecutive month they held my car at their yard, started taking it apart to fix, Miway had zero idea my car was even there! After telephonic confrontation with the owner, my car was Dropped off at ARC Silverlakes, in their patking lot! No one let them know the car is there. Extremely poor Service. I didn't even know my car was there. Thanks to my NetStar travker we got a pin location of where my car was and took the matter over.

My car was involved in an accident on 01/06/2023. It was sent for repairs 1st week of July 2023, after I several calls and complaints. It is September now and I have not received my car back. The panel beater (Precision Autospray) they chose keeps on telling me that there was major damages that they needed to fix and buy new parts. I informed them that I need my car because I am relocating to another province because I got a new job. I got there on 01/09/2023 and my car was not finished and the windscreen was still the same as in the accident. I have lost 2 days pay on my new job because of these delays. I am now going to loose money by coming back to Pretoria to get my car, only God knows when.

Worst panelbeaters ever. My car went in November and only got it back in March. On the day I went to fetch it I lost it. Door panels were not aligned, trimming clips were broken and mud guard in wheel arch was not even fastened. How in the hell do they do quality inspection. Then months down the line my EPB and shock packed up because of their incompetence and I had to to pay indirectly for it.

JP service manager and Fernandes the workshop manager They are the worst liars ever. My mom's car has been there for five months and the parts arrived sometime in August and after the parts arrived they told her it will take them two weeks to complete the car today is the 2nd of November the car is still not ready to be collected. I went to them on the 21st October after they send my mom an email that the car will be ready on the 24th October. JP requested that i give them until the 27th and we can collect the car on the 28th still the car is not ready on the 28th. they send another email that the car will be ready on the car then i called them to let them know that i'm sending someone to collect the car since today is the 2nd guess what another story from JP who tells me the car is not ready and i must wait until the car is ready which they dont know when. JP transfer my call to Fernades who decide to tell me that he does not have enough people to work on the car and finish it then who's problem is it that such a big company will be telling me that for the past 5 months they dont have enough mechanic to finish the cars that they take from insurance company. Myway has not even once tried to assist my mother to do follow ups from the same auto spray company that they appointed to fix the car and just leaving in that hell of a penal beater. We have almost four cars insured with Myway and still paying them every month even if the car is not drivable and its with their panelbeaters and not doing anything to ensure that werever they take the cars to their registered service provider they must also make sure that they deliver on time. I would advise anyone that if you are involved in an accident dont a;llow your insurance to take your car to Precision autospray. To think that i was about to take my Combi there for spray never cos í'm gonna get it after 6 months just for a door spray.
