Not prioritising my car
My car was involved in an accident on 01/06/2023. It was sent for repairs 1st week of July 2023, after I several calls and complaints. It is September now and I have not received my car back. The panel beater (Precision Autospray) they chose keeps on telling me that there was major damages that they needed to fix and buy new parts. I informed them that I need my car because I am relocating to another province because I got a new job. I got there on 01/09/2023 and my car was not finished and the windscreen was still the same as in the accident. I have lost 2 days pay on my new job because of these delays. I am now going to loose money by coming back to Pretoria to get my car, only God knows when.

Poor service

Declined Claim with no valid reasons.
I lodged a claim with 1st for woman and my claim was rejected reason being the quoted amount from the panel beaters in less than my excess amount and i was advised to contact the panel beaters myself. I received a quotation of R12014.23. I called 1st for woman insurance to inform them about the quote i received from the panel beaters and I requested them to send me their quote from the same panel beaters. The quoted amount they sent to me was R6421.90, which is not the R5000 they told me about an my excess is R6100. I have repaired my car and i would like 1st for woman insurance to pay me back the money i used to pay for my car.

Data privacy policy
Vodacom has given a stranger my personal information, in that process i was accused of stealing a phone. I would like to know what happened to their confidentiality clause after you Ricard your sim card. Why did vodacom give my information to another person without verifying with me. Vodacom has put my life in danger, i am a woman in south Africa, woman i being killed everyday. What if this person wanted to kill me, and they got my information from Vodacom. Vodacom gave that person my id number. I am traumatized by Vodacom's behavior, i feel like i am not safe at all. I would like hellopeter to help me with matter.
