Public of SA NEVER BUY A PRESTIGE PRESSURE COOKER!! Their customer care and by names Chantell Lovet is the worst person to deal with. Never available the phone and IF she calls you, it is a bag of lies and empty promises. FOR 3 MONTHS now I am treated like a fool. Today I spoke to Patricia Macuacua from this company and AGAIN she apologised and said she will follow up. I suggested they send me a brand new pressure cooker because this customer care is unacceptable. Lies and excuses Empty promises of call you back and I WILL SEND A E MAIL NOW THE MINUTE I AM IN OFFICE No service No interest in die customer car. How can you sell a product and offer no customer care? A simple thing as a gasket for the lid to seal??!!

Has anyone else bought a can opener recently. Prestige's can openers cost up to R150 and not one of them work properly. One cannot return them once used. So we are just getting ripped off

<p>Bought a tin opener...never worked since I bought it...sent company 2 emails via their website - no response - zero customer service. Reason I cant take it back to Pick and Pay is that I threw away the packaging.</p>

I reported a problem with a garlic press to Dorothy at customer assistance, she was helpful, efficient, polite and I had a replacement delivered to my door in Pinelands - outstanding service and a pleasure to deal with her - Thank you Prestige for having the right person on customer assitance
