Time and time again TAKEALOT honours its return policy with ease... I dont want to buy appliances from anywhere else because I know, with confidence, that I have their back-up support. Dealing with them is a no brainer. Thanks for all your customer service.
I am so fed up TELKOM. We had our adsl lines stolen and have been forced into the only other alternative which is lte. We are getting, at times, only 1meg on our lte ... why are we paying R1000 per month for an usable connection? THis is not acceptable... what are you guaranteeing as far as speed for R1000 per month?? Surely Telkom also have to supply a minimum speed/service to be able to charge?

I purchased a diy mustard pack as a special treat for Christmas from your store at Liberty Mall. I made up the mustard according to the instructions and it was inedible. Subscribed to the "My kitchen" magazine on 20.6.2017. A month later I had still not received the first copy. Eventually arrived after umteen email queries. Then another month passed, and the next magazine was advertised on the Foshini Group My Kitchen face book page and I still hadn't got that one. I asked for a refund. I was told by Highbury Safika Media that they could not do a refund without my credit card details - strange, as I had paid with it. Weeks later I ended up phoning them to give me credit card details - and I am still waiting.
<p>Purchased 2 x barkeepers friend products online with this company. Before I had even paid they had sent it by courier...and I have since paid. Problem is, the products are such a disappointment, I have sent 5 emails, 1 sms and 2 emails via their website and no one replied. Yesterday I called and the staff member promised to call me today...hahaha no one called. The staff member even told me that she had 10minutes before closing time and would call me ...NOT Impressed..I want a refund.</p>
<p>Bought a tin opener...never worked since I bought it...sent company 2 emails via their website - no response - zero customer service. Reason I cant take it back to Pick and Pay is that I threw away the packaging.</p>
