I was a loyal customer of Culinary Equipment Company and had high expectations for their service. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for expensive Mauviel products in February of this year, but I have yet to receive them. The company's communication throughout this ordeal has been abysmal, and now I am facing difficulties in obtaining a refund. I feel like my money has been taken without any intention of delivering the products or providing a refund.

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with my recent purchase of an ice cream machine for my restaurant. From the moment I placed the order the service was good. When I received the ice cream machine it was high quality and it’s working well. Perfect purchase for our business. Thanks

We have build an exclusive lodge and spend a fortune with them on our complete kitchen and laundry department. Everything was late and or wrongly delivered and now almost 9 months later we still have issues. Where a normal professional company would keep you up to date with outstanding orders, they never ever! update you unless you keep asking about it. I strongly suspect them from let’s keep quite maybe they forget about it. Never ever would I buy from them again.

I had applied at pnet.com for 5 years experience waitress job vacancy as required by the company late February 2022. I've received a call and email for an interview (04 March 2022), I went for the interview that turned to be an orientation( by one of the waitress), The ordained manager told me I would need to impress them with my hard work so I can get the Job. After my shift on the (06 March 2022). The ordained manager told me to call him for my next shift, without any briefing regarding my job position. I worked on weekends and holidays as a general assistance for 3 months, I was underpaid for that period of 3 months, I received R200 per day.The HR called me and asked me if the compensation was enough and I said; no , R1500 per weekend it's reasonable with my experience and only working on weekends and holidays under probation. The company didn't increased the compensation, whenever I asked the ordained manager about my Job position and the compensation he got aggressive and harshly replayed me with irrelevant response . I decided to take the matter further to HR, and they never responded to my email or called. I feel scammed and my previlages where deprived by the company.

I recently bought item(s) from their site. The payment was made to their bank account. I did not receive a confirmation of the payment. I made a call and the staff member informed me that the items were sold out and as a result I would receive my funds back. I did send Frankie my bank details via email but she did not respond to my emails. It seems like all their staff are not responding to my emails. I have send emails to info, complaints, Henning and Stefan. None of them replied to my emails.
