I made contact with them to take on a new project using their equipment. They simply don't get back to you.
My bike has been with UB Trax, now UB Leisure for a long time for repairs. I phone and leave messages for the service agent but he doesn’t bother to return calls. They are clearly over streched with work. Rather ise other KTM service centers.
I was misled by a sales person at the Moreleta Club. He suggested I don't join a a Discovery Vitality Member as they have a special and will save some money. According to him I will receive a refund when I convert to Vitality Membership the following month. Of course this didn't happen. The club manager promised too investigate and sort thew issue, of course this did not happen. I have been working with another sales person who promised to sort it and of course this also did not happen. The manager advised me the sales person who initially helped me left due to these type of issues. I have WhatsApp messages confirming that it will be sorted and I will get a refund. Sadly, they love taking your money but not helping you when they have to refund you. Like so many corporates their web site is also not friendly, try logging a query like this and see. Don't trust their sale pitches.

Thrifty Car Rental Cape Town International Airport put a double deposit on hold on my account. I received a cel nr for the branch supervisor, my calls were not answered. I received an email address for a manger and he also does not respond to the mails. Quit disappointing, it is spoiling what could otherwise have been a good experience with this company.
Shocking, shocking to say the least!!! My mother in law of 91 did not get food or water the whole day. She also struggled with pain feom a bladder infection. The shocking thing is that nobody knows if urine samples were taken and sent for testing! Surely there should be records for this? This whole experience is due to poor records/systems and poor communication between the nurses and theatre staff. There is a big gap in this hospitals systems, enough to be very concerned.
The call centre simply does not answer the calls. Three times I had to hang on for more than 10 minutes with no luck. When you ant to update banking details the web site does not work and refers you to the call centre.... which does not answer your calla
