DECEPTION OF THE WORST KIND
I was telephoned in September 21 by Thobile from white pages asking for the details of my business to be added into the yellow pages for free. I was sent an email to complete white pages telephone directory form. at no stage was I told that there would be a charge for the white pages, I was only told that they would update the yellow pages with my details I then received a telephone call on Mon 4/10 asking why I hadnt paid my annual subscription, when I told the lady that I had been tricked into this and that I was never told that there was a cost I was informed yes that is correct - you only know about the cost in the small print. this is totally disgusting to trick small businesses into signing up for this. This is deceiptfull advertising at its worst. The trick was in the phone call to state that my details in the yellow pages need to be updated and its for free.

Grabitall pathetic service and no follow up
Ordered 3 items from Grabitall on the 1st Oct - raised a ticket one week later re no delivery of items - no response two weeks later - and still no goods received

FNB ATMs both down at king Shaka
Fnb atms at kingshaka airport down from 08:15 still not operating at 10:30 on fri 29 March 2019 No tel number to report ATM not working Online complaints via cell phone not working High profile ATMs !! One was dead and one no cash transactions - deposits or withdrawals

excellent service from customer assistance
I reported a problem with a garlic press to Dorothy at customer assistance, she was helpful, efficient, polite and I had a replacement delivered to my door in Pinelands - outstanding service and a pleasure to deal with her - Thank you Prestige for having the right person on customer assitance
