I am utterly disgusted by the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. I ordered a pasta dish, and when the food was served, I was appalled to see that the server’s long nails were actually in my food. Her nails were extremely long and clearly made contact with the food, which is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable in any dining establishment.
I immediately refused the dish and cancelled my order, as I was completely put off by the situation. It is disturbing that a food establishment would allow staff with excessively long nails to serve customers, given the obvious health and hygiene risks.
Additionally, I found it highly inappropriate that waitstaff were reaching over our table and handling items while we were still eating, further compromising the dining experience and hygiene.
After what I witnessed, I will never return to the Primi at the Waterfront. It is shocking that management permits such poor standards of hygiene and service. This experience left me feeling disgusted and extremely disappointed.
I hope serious attention will be given to the hygiene practices at your restaurant to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
