I put in a claim on Wednesday and my claim has been finalised two days later, the consultant that assited me Mamello Letsie was so effecient and helpful, I have been with Mi way for so long and they are so helpful and excellent in there service. Well done Mamello Letsie you deserve 10 stars.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. I ordered a pasta dish, and when the food was served, I was appalled to see that the server’s long nails were actually in my food. Her nails were extremely long and clearly made contact with the food, which is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable in any dining establishment. I immediately refused the dish and cancelled my order, as I was completely put off by the situation. It is disturbing that a food establishment would allow staff with excessively long nails to serve customers, given the obvious health and hygiene risks. Additionally, I found it highly inappropriate that waitstaff were reaching over our table and handling items while we were still eating, further compromising the dining experience and hygiene. After what I witnessed, I will never return to the Primi at the Waterfront. It is shocking that management permits such poor standards of hygiene and service. This experience left me feeling disgusted and extremely disappointed. I hope serious attention will be given to the hygiene practices at your restaurant to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Siphiwe Kebeni, was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and such a pleasure to talk too. I really appreciate the help in handling my insurance cover. We need more people like Siphiwe. Excellent work indeed!
Outsurance has not been very helpful and attentive, this is the first time we have received such poor service from outsurance, we made a call out for a leak in the shower, the leak detector came out to assess, and couldn't determine where the leak was, a second assessor came out and advise where the leak was, staff from IBP came out and knocked shower tiles out and the problem was not even there. the second assesor advised IBP where the problem was, they came to fix the problem. weeks later no-body came out to repair the shower, my mom has been calling and only then IPB came to have a look at the damages after they fixed the water pipe. Till this day no-body came out, my mom has been calling and calling with no luck, our shower is in a terrible state and nobody seems to care. was has become of this service from Outsurance. It's basically a whole month now that we are living in this circumstance with outsurance not giving a damn. what more should we do, they broke down tiles where they were not suppose too now they can't fix their mess. Outsurance needs to attends to this ASAP!!!!
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this service I received. What has happened to VOX. First of all they disconnect my line without telling me, after I already paid for the new month, 3weeks late they rock up installing boxes and then charges me for prorate and other things. I logged a call and nobody attended to It, I called kept on being transferred. I want to cancel with this service provider. This is pathetic service. They don't know what they doing.
Simphiwe and Sicelo has been extremely helpful and professional,. I do appreciate that they assisted in reducing my premium. Excellent service delivered by these two gentlemen.
