Something is suspect oboist the business ethics of this business. We bought a 40 000km Navara and they **** to us that the car was involved in an accident. Upon closer inspection when we wanted to install extras , it turns out that they don’t fit which is a clear indication that the car could have been involved in an accident and Produkta is hiding that. Secondly, they never collected the spare key of the vehicle and now we are using a car that has its spare key with the previous owner. What ******* business is that.

I had the worst experience with this dealership shem, taking advantage of first time car buyers. They sold me a defective preowned vehicle that is overpriced and had multiple faults with in two weeks of purchase. The vehicle first had wiring issues thereafter started leaking fuel inside the cabin which is a safety hazard. Even management is not seeing the serious safety risk this issues poses combined. The sales person is in it for himself just to conclude a deal and not looking after customer concerns especially Nathan. I also requested for a cancellation of the sale agreement and get a replacement which they also denied. I’m now left with paying for a vehicle that is unreliable for the next six years.

I drive a Nissan magnite CVT Accenta. I took in my car for its 40 000 km service on the 14th of January and it came back with a strange noise when accelerating, especially on hills- a noise that did not exist prior to this service. I reported this and they booked to check this on the 31st of January. On that day, they said they had found nothing wrong with the car, there is no noise they pick up, however I should take a video or recording of the noise and bring it in again if it continues. The sound did indeed continue, I took a video/recording and booked the car again for the 17th of February. Instead of playing a video/recording for them, I requested if the technician that will be working on my car can drive with me so that they can hear the noise as we drive. On the day of the booking, I was unfortunately required at work for an emergency, so my partner took my car in for me. The technician confirmed that he heard the noise on the drive, unfortunately this was not the main technician that would be working on my car, he was an assistant to the technician and he reported that there is indeed a sound when accelerating to the main technician. The technician repeatedly put the car in the diagnosis or diagnostic machine and said the machine is not picking up anything faulty. This was repeated about 4 times and each time after putting it in the machine, my partner would drive with the assistant to the technician and the sound was still there. Due to long hours of being there and it was closing time, my partner came back with a car that still made noise as it accelerated. Today, the 27th of February, the car is still making this sound and it is in fact getting worse- the sound is audible ALL the time now when accelerating and not just on hills. This is frustrating and extremely dangerous as I don’t know if the car will break down on me and be unable to drive. This is totally unacceptable and I repeat, extremely dangerous! To be subjected to such poor service all while being a compliant customer who pays her dues timeously. I am truly fearing for my life each time I step foot in my car now.

I took my Nissan Magnite (KZW353MP) for service and that was the biggest mistake because that's where all the problems started, the car came back with locking issues and boot not opening, I took it back the following day and they didn't do anything to car they just kept it in their workshop and later told me they couldn't do anything on that day I need to bring it back the following day. I took it back the following day at least they even opened a job card promising that they will check what's the problem. I was told that a certain part is broken, and they will need to order one. I had to wait for 3 weeks for the part, during my waiting the car started having gear and brake problems then I took it back fortunately that was fixed same day. on Monday the 27th of Jan got a call that the part has been delivered, and I should bring in the car. I did on Tuesday from there more problems started I don't have a car until today the 05/02/2025 and when I call requesting for a car, they don't want to help me with that, they say they only give out courtesy cars when they have a backlog. They are failing to install the new device/part, and they said they need to order new part again since the first one is faulty and can't be programmed all I get is we understand your frustration and sorry about that. the staff members seem not care I can tell they are not taking this matter serious even their head office I tried logging a complaint with them and nothing. If I don't call them, they never call me. I haven't called them since Friday and they are also quiet. I'm even thinking of taking the car back , I no longer trust that they will fix it properly, now I will have to pay for a car that has got issues.

I always service my Nissan NP200 at the Nelspruit center but what was remarkable about Produkta was that I requested them to conduct a health check on my wife's Renault Kadjar, they welcomed me although I knew that they are a Nissan service provider. They did a perfect job and also did a steering angle sensor learning on that car at a reasonable cost. My normal Renault service provider was prepared to provide the same service at an exorbitant price. Thank you to Jacques who was allocated to attend my car. I am really excited about the job well- done to my satisfaction.

I always service my Nissan NP200 at the Nelspruit center but what was remarkable about Produkta was that I requested them to conduct a health check on my wife's Renault Kadjar, they welcomed me although I knew that they are a Nissan service provider. They did a perfect job and also did a steering angle sensor learning on that car at a reasonable cost.
