Bad/ rude annoying service
I recently went to rage stores at nelspruit kabokweni for card payment and was assisted by the lady KAP as it appears on the slip. I asked the lady how the Rage card calculate their installment because their installment doesn't even fall under 3,6 or 12 months plan. But I was disappointed by the mouth of the lady. No idea what she is talking about, no nothing about customer service, rude and can't close her mouth. Horrible she doesn't know anything about retail all she knows is being rude. Train your stuff this is disgusting 😤

Pre-owned iphone with faulty battery
My mom (an elderly woman) bought an Iphone SE she was not told is pre-owned and the phone battery doesn't last up to 5 hours even if its not used. When returning the phone we are told it should be returned within 7days of which on the receipt it is not written but says return within 30days. They took advantage of my old mom and the fact that she doesn't know anything about Iphones. This is disappoint

Poor service and Liar
I bought a Nissan Np200 which has a lot of problems. The starter was not working properly, the accelerator cable was locking sometimes which cut later on, the car has bad sound, the plug cables were worn out , the petrol started leaking and the power steering started leaking and when I reported the car to the dealership, the sales guy called LONA GANGA ignored me until he lied that he is no longer working there. I now took the matter to my lawyer because the car started all this within one month of purchase at GIG motors edenvale

A total waste of money
I bought kic fridge at ok furniture alex mall in January and from the day it was delivered it did not work and even today am still stuck with a you of a fridge which they fix and it stops after 3days. A total waste of time
