**** artists for fridge and aircon repair. +27678238273. Sometimes goes as the name as Clyde Palmer and post on Facebook fridge repair. Comes in and then claims other things are not working and indicate he need to get it in the morning from the fridge shop cost below R1000 showing you the price from a legit site. Sayings it urgent or the compressor will give in and has to repair it first thing in the morning. After he is gone..so is the cash . ****ming innocent people with lies

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service I have received from Onsite Fridge Repairs. I had recently experienced some issues with my fridge so I had called Onsite Fridge Repairs to come and have a look at it and hopefully find out what the issue was, I was told that I needed a new fridge compressor and it would cost me R2600 for a new one and to install it and with no other option I agreed on the service. The compressor was installed on the 03/08/23 and I was issued an invoice stating the total amount and amount paid as well as the invoice term which stated “ 6 months guarantee workmanship 1 year warranty on the compressor “ currently the date is 04/10/23, it has only been two months and the fridge is experiencing the same issue again. I have called Onsite Fridge Repairs to let them now that I’m experiencing the same issue again and would like them to come and see what could possibly be wrong. On Saturday 30/09/23 I spoke to the technician over the telephone and he promised to come the same day and I’m sure you’ve guessed it he didn’t show up. On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I have called and messaged the company number but my calls and messages are not answered. Currently I’m struggling, I feel ****med and hurt, the food in my fridge is rotting away and I wasted R 2600 that I could have used on a better and more reliable repair service.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service I have received from Onsite Fridge Repairs. I bought kic fridge at ok furniture alex mall in January and from the day it was delivered it did not work and even today am still stuck with a you of a fridge which they fix and it stops after 3days. A total waste of time

Mobile Fridge & Appliance Repairs fixed our fridge on the 26th January 2016.We called Michael on Friday the 4th March to advise him that the Fridge was not working again(same problem)and that we would need him to come out.In the first phonecall(8.30am on Friday)he very rudely told me that he was driving and I must sms him the invoice number and address and he will get back to me. At 11.30am the same morning, I called him back and asked when he will be available to see us. He again rudely, adbruptly and shouting told me to just hold on, he is on his way to our home to look at the damaged fridge. I then told him that he never called me back to make an appointment or tell us when he could come through and like any person, we work during the day (running a pre-school) and will need to meet him at the house, and now at 11.30am does not suit us.He then went off on a rage screaming and shouting saying that he will then be there when he can and we (the customer) must just wait around for him, I eventually couldn't take the foul language, screaming and verbal abuse over the phone anymore that I just put the phone down!His mannerism is unethical, and the way he treats clients is disgusting!

My fridge (self defrosting) kept tripping my lights so I contacted Mobile Fridge & Appliance Repairs (details obtain on the web). They came out and assessed the fridge and advised that the element had to be replaced. Two day later they fitted the new element, during the fitting there was a loud bang. They advise that all was in order. The following day I contacted them as the fridge was still not working properly. They came out again and said that all was okay. A week later they had to come and fetch the fridge, they had it for a week. When they returned the fridge to me I was told that it was in working order. One week later the freezer was frosted up solid and the fridge was still not working. I contacted another company to assess the fridge and was advised that the previous company had cut the plug off the fan motor and bypassed it from the PC board to run directly off the compressor and that was why the freezer was so frozen up and was not running through the defrost cycle. It is now going to cost me a great deal more to have this shoddy workmanship sorted out.
