Terrible service. Paid for Overnight express. (Item was coming from Pietermaritzburg to Durban). Item was collected yesterday 2nd December 2024. Delivery date 3rd December 2024. Called endless times to customer service and over the WhatsApp chat but to no avail. Kept saying it will be delivered. I waited at delivery location till 5:30 PM (place closes at 5PM) and still nothing. Kept saying driver will contact but nothing. Extremely disappointing. Durban Depot takes very very long to answer the phone. WhatsApp chat does not provide any useful information.
No communication whatsoever. The jacket was purchased in good faith after hearing success stories from others but clearly, it was just a cover for their real intentions. No response to emails, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM.
No communication whatsoever!!!!!! My car has been in Telsure yard for 1 week now. My claim was approved on Monday 15 Jan 2024, The panel shop was informed on 16 Jan 2024. It's now 18th Jan 2024 at 17h and no progress. The panel shop advised the assessor has not uploaded documents onto a system called Freeway as well no other info of the vehicle was provided to them. They tried calling Budget Insurance to gather more info but no answer and no response to emails. I need this matter resolved now. I need my car moved to the panel shop ASAP. This is terrible service
Ordered with them on 26 May 2022. No communication,response or update regarding my order. When i call in i get passed between department and people saying they will call back, they dont. If this is how they treat new clients i'm worried what they will do for existing clients and support
Bought an Item on 28th April 2020. No tracking number or any response. When you message asking where the item they say the busy packing and they have a lot of item to Pack and sanitize. They say they posting tracking numbers "tomorrow " and then make you wait 1 week. They say they shipping items when it was paid and now they switched to volumetric weight. I bought one item which weighs 2.1kg. where is it?? Very quick to sell items and host auctions but can't ship items bought months ago. WHERE IS MY ITEM?????
<p>On January 31st 2016 I took out a contract with MTN for an LG G4 and since then I had have endless problems , 1: The phone battery is horrible it can't even last 5 hors 2: The phone is slow and leggy3: The phone overheats and can barely run an app that requires high amounts of cpu and ram power 4:it has a bad build qualityAnd now for that makes issue with for chappy phoneTHE BOOTLOOP ISSUEThe bootloop issue is a known problem with LG G4 mobile devices and LG electronics In USA and other countries have established that it's their problem .SOn November 5th 2016 ( Saturday ) my phone randomly switched off and will not turn on I tried many things to get it started as well as leave it on charge nothing worked.,so I thought it was my battery gone bad but when I checked the battery with a multimeter it had a charge, I then switched the phone on without the battery and my phone suited on but showed the missing battery symbol.I then inserted the battery and my phone rebooted the LG symbol came on and stayed there for about 3 minutes and switched off.Sunday 6th November 2016 (Sunday) I took my phone to my service provider and they said they will send it for repairs ,they also mentioned that they have been other LG G4 with the exact same problem .November 21st I get an sms from my service provider telling me that my phone has being checked and the quotation is R4578 I have no intention of paying R4578 fora a hardware issue caused my LG and their poor build quality.</p>
