Poor customer service. No response when doing an enquiry
never buy a arochino frother from them. I bought one last year. I had to return it because my lid was leaking. seven months later it did not want to froth again but with the return policy they refuse to replace it a second time even with a 2 year warranty. Roxanne said I must buy the meganism to to froth from an boutique. I went to the Cresta branch and bought one. it still did not froth. Pulesa asked me to send a video but their reply was that they only exchange it once.
They gave me the opportunity to go over from premium to private bank. they say i will have a personal banker. now that the pawpaw strikes the fan he is nowhere to be found. i left messages on the secure chat and no reponse. my debit cards has a problem with it. i changed my pin and used the correct pin at the petrol station and it did not want to accept it. i did not have any card because i am still waiting for my credit card. Fnb stop the use of the old one and now i am stuck. it is month end and i need to pay accounts but my cards is not working. fnb what a load of ****.
Very bad service and empty promosies. Never come back to the client

<p>This is the 3rd month i had to report data disappearing at vodacom. they dont even bother to return calls or service requests. just say matter resolved. I did a simswop and it went well for a few weeeks and guess what my problem stared all over again. when i phoned vodacom they say it is internet. my phone say it is whatsapp. according to my phone i used 560 mb of data in one day. </p>
