Our geyser burst beginning of March 2022. Then again on the new geyser pipes on 20 March. Needless to pinpoint and blame who-ever, assessors were contacted to asses the damage. There is extensive damage to the ceilings, floors and closets in the rooms. All of us is getting sick because the dust in the roof as the ceiling is no longer existing, and the damp smell of the wood in the closets and the laminated floors. The children cant sleep in their rooms because of that. All the closes are packed everywhere. Even the bed mattresses got soaking wet and is starting to rot.... we cant get hold of anyone at Momentum to assist... my husband was holding 40 min yesterday, just to be told they will come back to him ... nothing! This is pathetic, and I am sure if one of your employees or management must sleep in a house like use, it would have been repaired a long time ago. This is totally unacceptable, quick to take monthly installments but POOOOOOOOOOOOOR on service delivery when you are actually needed.
I had a problem with goods received. I wrote and email to complain, and within a week, my problem was solved, professionally and without any hassels. Thank you so much Tupperware.
I bought two pendants on 27 November 2020 via online bankig. The transaction went through, the amount was deducted from my bank account. After numerous emails to NWJ, I was informed they did not receive the money. My bank confirmed that the transaction went through on the same day. NWJ keeps on saying it did not. Now I have to pay the bank to look into the matter via a dispute and solve it.
Very poor service. Waiting now for more than a month for a motivation letter to submit to medical aid on test he asked for while my mom was in hospital. After several emails and follow ups... Still waiting.
