I am suppose to have a personal banker... not that I even know who that is or how to contact them... have asked a few times for someone to call me as I would like to open accounts for my kids!!!! But no one calls. Got a call today and after saying hello the person just dropped the call. I suppose they can tick it off that they did try to call even if they didn't do anything!!! Terrible service from fnb in recent months!!
<p>I love the fact that u advertise that viewing may be interupted when whether is bad here or across the world. So in the end when i can hear every 4th word its not dstvs fault. And then to cancel is an even bigger mission. I have to pay for 1 month of hearing every 4th word</p> <p> 800 rand may be cheap to you but i have better uses for it. Thanks but no thanks. <p>I am suppose to have been given a 3 year service plan when i bought my quasqai. Today when I take it for its 3rd service i am told they have cancelled my service plan 6 months ago. Whats the point of giving a 3 yr service plan if you can cancel it whenever you want and not even tell a customer we are cancelling it because we dont want to fulfill our obligations. Have never had a problem with any other car i bought and this i find unacceptable. Dont falsely advertise. And another thing i asked to speak directly to the service plan provider and i am being refused that right as well. I will never buy a nissan ever again if this how you treat customers!</p>
