Guys! Do not ever order from Mc Donald’s Durbanville or Okavango and don’t use delivery both services are pathetic. To start off with we get our food ice cold which means Our food had obviously been standing a while before the driver came to collect Or he was standing there chatting because and then rushed over to deliver because all the ice was melted the cooldrink was spilled over the cup and not to mention the non exsistant chips that we got( or never got) we ordered their chili cheese fries which came with a drop of cheese and 2 jalapeños previously we ordered and got no jalapeños! And I’m actually just sick of the service, presentation (because quality isn’t expected from Mc donalds) that we have been receiving for the amount that I have spent. it’s unfortunate that I cannot post any pictures but I’m sure people would be livid. You know in a time like this one would think that you would try and keep your clients happy so that your business can be supported and not to mention that not many can afford take aways so when you do splurge a little you would expect a deal meal. I’m so disappointed!
Totally Appalled my father passed away on Saturday 27 October 2018 and had contacted AVBOB because they were the only funeral home open and my dad needed to be undertook in Jamestown and I am in the Western Cape. Eugene at the Aliwal North branch agreed to go and collect and store my father until myself and my siblings arrived the next day. When we arrived on Sunday 28 October 2018 he thought it was appropriate to mention and made it very clear that he is doing us a favour because he went partying the night before and he was struggling that day. He sat us down and explain the process in an unclear way. when we were done we asked if we can identity my father and see him, he hesitated for a while and said just note that said your dads leg started to turn black just so that you guys are aware... so we were fine with that being a diabetic we were not expecting anything to be perfect after all we had no idea what the cause of death was so we said that we just want to see his face he doesn't need to show us the body. He then proceeded to the back to go and collect my dad he took at least about 20 min and when he came out he looked extremely worried and we asked what was wrong and he said your dad doesn't look like the man i fetched yesterday, so our intial reaction was what do you mean... he said he is abit swollen but it not scary we must still come and look. So my sister went in and i followed when we got to the room where he was lying it must have been at least 35 degrees in that room and when we saw my father MY GOODNESS that poor man was so bloated it looked like he was about to explode. We were in absolute shock and disgust i have absolutely not words for what had happened to him. He was still lying in his clothes that Eugene went to collect him in there were blood clots coming out his nose there was blood on the side of his face there were so much more wrong but way to gross to mention i had to leave the room before i vomited. He totally mishandled my fathers body and from what i believe i don't even think he put my father in the fridge he did however admit that he didn't bother (his words) taking him off the stretcher that he went to go and fetch my father with and this bloating is caused from a heart attack?????? REALLY ? when did he become a doctor? THANK YOU AVBOB this will now be my last memory of my father, is this how you treat the bodies that don't have a policy with your company? or is a general standard?
I bought 3 Kinder Joy's this evening for each child and upon opening them only to find that the kinder Joy had hardly any chocolate in them and i paid R9.99 for each which i find shocking as i could have bought them each a slab of chocolate for the same price. I know kinder joy's quality is usually decent but this a whole another level of scrounging to save costs! - have the pictures and slip to prove same! Kids are not happy and made me promise to never buy that for them ever again
<p>On 7 June 2017 i applied for a line upgrade from 4mb to 10mb they first told me 2days for the line to be upgraded i then called after 2days to find out why it hasn’t changed and the person on the line advised me that the sales consultant lied and that it takes 14 working days. In that 14 working day period , my ADSL stopped working and then effected my landline and had no internet access nor did i have a telephone line for a week and a half. They sorted out my land line but the Telkom technicians said they have no idea what was going on with the ADSL and left. I then proceeded to the Telkom Store in Bayside and they advised me that it was a problem on Telkom’s side they closed both lines so the sales agent has to are logged my upgrade for the 10mb line on 17 June 2017. After much arguments another technician came out to fix the line a few days after that again and they finally upgraded my line to a 10mb..... not even a few days later our 10mb line had been switched back to a 4mb line Today is the 21 July 2017 and still do not have a 10mb line i called Telkom again today and the consultant refused to let me speak to a manager and told me he was going to say exactly the same thing to me which was there was an error report and that’s why my line went back to a 4mb (which by the way was not communicated to me at all) and that he has logged it with their IT department and they will see to it in 72 hrs!!!!! SHOCKING after having to wait a whole month and a half for them to change my line ( which by the way hasn’t been changed) i still get told i must wait some more clearly Telkom doesn’t need my money and they do not value their customers - Telkom must be the biggest yet worst provider i have ever had to deal with and my advice to anybody that is considering Telkom - Please do not! you will only cause more frustration and stress in your life and waste well earned money on a service that you will not receive. I am definitely considering moving to a different host and i would advise people do the same until there is more competition for Telkom so that they can up their game abit. </p> <p> </p>

So the more my car depreciates the more i have to pay so logically the more expensive my car is the less i pay? you guys want to put up my premier incase i need parts for my car? and i have never claim from you and have never skipped a payment yet you are telling me you going to put my insurance up no matter what!!! it absolutley ridiculous these are the quotes i received from hippo Auto and General - R487.49, Budget - R470.69 Dial Direct - R480.06 First for Women - R490.47 is your aim for new and on going clients if we cant beat it we will pay you R400.00? that is obviously a marketing scheme to poach? because your existing clients are not getting the same treatment as new clients. I have been with Outsurance for 2 years and i must say i am quite dissapointed at the above!! </p>
<p>Last night we ordered a triple decker with extra cheese, pop itz and a garlic cheesy bread online from Montague garden.... </p> <p>firstly i would like to address the service we had received and your so called if its not red you dont pay "policy".... we ordered our pizza at 08:23 last night at 09:10 we were still waiting for our pizza which was just down the road about 10 minutes drive we called the shop again and the guy that answered said oh yes your pizza is here we are sending our driver now... the driver arrived at 09:25 a whole hour after we had ordered our food upon arrival (which was on a motorbike) as soon as he put the food down the dot went black, the food wasnt ice cold however it was not hot at all hence the rubber (pop-itz) we received. So could somebody kindly explain to me how your policy works as my opinion on this is that you are keeping the food warm on constant hot plates and therefore your food is no longer fresh due to it being cooled down and warmed again and we have to percieve the idea of if the dot is red it must be fresh and out the oven? its like keeping pizza over night in the microwave and rewarming it again, it turns to rubber! nevertheless the food was not great kindly see below: </p> <p> the triple decker there was hardly any cheese on the pizza (have pictures to prove same) never mind the fact that we ordered extra cheese, they based the pizza with so much bbq sauce you couldnt even taste the meat on the pizza we were basically eating sauce with a pizza base and no white sauce to timid the taste of bbq sauce. </p> <p>the pop itz were like rubber i could erase a whole essay with them and the "garlic"cheesy bread turned out to be dry bread with hard melted cheese with mayonaise on it and less the garlic. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is digusting and expected more from debonairs as this is a service you are paying for its not something that we are getting for free!!! im appauled </p>
