Read the installation paper with it
I love this sweet candy with the little toy. I got one the other day and the toy that came with it was two little packs of play dough one green and one yellow in colour and two stencils but I almost ate the packets of dough lol thinking it was some kind of snack when I picked up the stencil I immediately put one and one together and realised it might be dough so I do encourage you to look at the instructions on how to assemble the toy before handling the toy

Toy parts missing
The chocolate is very nice, but i buy these for my kids and they care more about the toy. It is quite expensive, and a few times, the toy inside was missing parts. To spend that money and my kid don't get a complete toy is ridiculous, plus their nagging after because they received a "broken" toy is so much worse.

Toy parts missing
The chocolate is very nice, but i buy these for my kids and they care more about the toy. It is quite expensive, and a few times, the toy inside was missing parts. To spend that money and my kid don't get a complete toy is ridiculous, plus their nagging after because they received a "broken" toy is so much worse.

VERY DISSAPOINTED
a very disappointed boy we bought an egg yesterday and one part of the toy is missing, we actually got a duplicate of one side of a car, which means we cannot complete the car. we pay a lot of money for these eggs and my son really looks forward to the toy and the chocolate which is also not filled as it should be. Please give me the number of the Kinder Joy company so that we can also lay a complaint with them.

VERY DISSAPOINTED

Poor Quality for the Money you pay
I bought 3 Kinder Joy's this evening for each child and upon opening them only to find that the kinder Joy had hardly any chocolate in them and i paid R9.99 for each which i find shocking as i could have bought them each a slab of chocolate for the same price. I know kinder joy's quality is usually decent but this a whole another level of scrounging to save costs! - have the pictures and slip to prove same! Kids are not happy and made me promise to never buy that for them ever again

Disappointed
<p>Hi purchased a kinderjoy for my son yesterday and to his disappointment his surprise hlf was empty this is unacceptable considering the cost of these eggs. This is his rewards wen he well behaved how do I reward him with a empty egg. It's not the first tym I have had a problem with the product 2 before he received incomplete toys. I can not be spending my hard earned money on a product that has poor quality control. If I were not for my kids loving kinderjoy I would honestly not purchase the product. I would appreciate if somebody from the company would get bck to me regarding this. AND YES I WOULD LIKE TO BE REPLACED FOR THE 1S I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH. It is not fair that I have to fit the bill for poor quality control. Yesterday it costed me R45 just for kinderjoy,I purchased 2 and had to go bck and get another because the egg was empty and I didn't think it was fair that my 4 year old didn't receive what was promised and that I had to replace his egg with my money. Please sort this out. I am not pleased at all. ********** 295</p>
