<p>My daughter loves Kinder Joy and saves up her pocket money to buy one whenever she can, outside of the ones that she gets her Mom & Dad to buy. Recently we bought 3 Kinder Joys, all on different days and in different shops, all having one or two missing parts in it. The first one I said, oh well errors do happen, the second I was a bit upset, needless to say when we opened the 3rd one yesterday and again there was a part missing, I'm more than upset. I'm upset that you are taking my childs joy away in collecting the little toys for her collections.</p>
<p>I got handed over for an overdue account, without even the decency of one phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>We're all human... if you called I would have realised my EFT got deactivated and corrected the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really dissapointed!!!</p>
<p>You have a job to do, but sending out a SMS with only a tel number and a referance is so below the belt. Disapointed in the way you treat the consumers out there.</p>
