Well done Fikile Firstly I asked if the crunch burger had an option on not having Chilli and was told yes, so I ordered one for my son....when the number was called I went to the counter where the order was put on the side to collect and the ladies just ignored me and went to the back to make small talk...I was standing there for a good 5minutes while they ignored me even after several attempts to communicate. A lady who was helping people on the self service machines noticed all this and was kind enough to leave whatever she was doing to come all the way to assist me. Thank you Fikile we need more people like you in our community. (The burger was served with Chilli) #BlackFriday

If i could rate them no star i would…I have been hearing negative things about Bolt and have always been on their side until i left my phone in a bolt taxi, called the driver instantly and he didnt pick… called my phone he also didnt pick, contacted bolt because im not currently using the sim card i registered with, they would not give me his number instead asked me to leave mine…. Still no communication from the driver. My phone switched off….the next day he switched it on and charged it, when it was 4% battery i called again and he switched it off… its been off ever since, the only help Bolt gave me was to go to the police….. honestly to me that is incompetence…. I called and emailed as soon as i left the car, its been 3days now but no assistance whatsoever from Bolt…. I know for sure he has my phone because i have been tracking its location and it was last seen in Soweto wch apparently is where Sabelo the driver who drives a Toyota Etios KZ97CMGP lives….. i dont see the difficulty in returning a device he knows exactly whos its for unless of cause he knows he has all the support….. if i dont recover the phone im deleting the app, i would rather pay more on uber and be safe than deal with such incompetance and ******** activity
<p>The ladies at the shoprite tills in hillbrow are very rude, disrespectful and lazy,they know not anything about customer service and do not know how to treat people, one of the ladies today didn't have change in her till and made me stand on the side while she asked a fellow colleague to find the change, she took her time going around talking to her friends I had to ask again what's going on before she brought the change. The cashier was offended that I asked and rudely asked why I'm using a r100 to pay for something that is less than r20.this is not the first time I have encountered such at Shoprite hillbrow, as for when one wants cash back their response is horrifying.</p>
