<p>After 2 UP jawbone bands that totally disintegrated within a few months and no feedback from their website and emails, I have decided to change to another brand.</p> <p>the UP 3 band is almost R3000 and only lasts for 3 - 4 months </p> <p>not worth it </p> <p>i emailed them more than 6 x and no response </p> <p> </p>
<p>we have a data line with mtn for security cameras and the BPN needs to be activated by mtn. customer care sends you the mtn outlet. after an hour there, the lady said it will be activated within 24 hours.</p> <p>this does not happen, then after 5 calls to customer care and technical departments, nothing happens.</p> <p>the customer care department puts you on hold for 10 - 20 minutes each time to find out what is BPN</p> <p>they send you from nr 808 to nr 809 and nobody can help you.</p> <p>so in summary, our security cameras are still not working with this mtn contract </p> <p>why does mtn offer this service if they cannot make it work?</p> <p> </p>
