Online order I was kept u to date on purchase, it's packaging and shipment from warehouse. Then the Courier company sent me a tracking link and I received exactly what I ordered within the promised time frame. You restored my faith in online shopping. Thanks Snatcher

Great consumer support from Acer
I was issued with an Acer Swift3 a year ago for work. In just 6 month the charging port gave in & wouldn't charge at all. I logged the fault with Acer, who sent a courier to collect my laptop and charger. The Call/Service centre manager followed up on my logged enquiry, ensuring it was received on their side. I had a bit of an issue with delivery back to ne but the Manager continued to communicate with me and the courier company (who actually delayed my delivery). I must say with such client service, empathy and genuine care - I will use Acer for the rest of my life because even when things go wrong, they are still present and assisting.

Competent, reasonably priced professional service
My vehicle went I. For a device on a Saturday morning, and the job was completed on time and the full diagnostic report was also given. I am very happy with the service and will send my cars to Mr Mechanic everytime

I have never had an issue with Wirulink in the 18 months I have ben with them. In fact, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent ISP. I have hd to unfortunately cancel with them due to Alternative technology - Fibre But will gladly change back to them once they have coverage in my area
