I have requested miway to cancel my insurance and have reversed a few debit orders but they are still debiting my account. Please cancel my insurance and refund my R656 that you debited on my account yesterday. Thank you

<p>I spoke to someone early this year regarding an MTN contract upgrade. The lady that I spoke to told me that i could do an upgrade anytime when I am ready at that time i only needed data, sms's and airtime. I didn't need a phone therefore I didn't do a phone upgrade. I asked her if I will be able to get a phone whenever I am ready and she said yes, surprisingly when I called MTN today I was told I am not eligible for a new phone, i can only get a new phone in 2018. I want this stupid contract cancelled A.S.A.P. Their customer service number is not even working. This must sort this out.</p>
<p>Only today when I called to let them know that I am taking my car in for service, I was told the claim will reject. But I have never skipped a payment, they debit my account every month. No one told me that I should take my car in within 1500km's after it's due and there's no where in the documents i received from them it says it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay and they must also pay</p>
